Suspect

i'm writing this on Friday, Jan 27, 2017.
i'm surprised that of the tens of thousands, if not hundreds of thousands of sleuths who have posted and commented on Jonbenet Ramsey case on forums from forumsforjustice to websleuth to topix reddit to blogs like solvingjonenet by docg posters commenting on news from westward and boulder daily and book reviews at amazon
as well as the tens of millions of people who watched the case

no one has looked at and compared both Jonbenet Ramsey intruder murder and John Frazier, a home invading intruder of the Ohta family

and the Jonbenet Ramsey ransom note
with John Frazier's manifesto

and the possibility of Tarot in the Jonbenet Ramsey ransom note.

This is an example of NO IDI explanation. Why would an intruder hide her body? Seriously, please answer that for me. Why would an intruder hide her body rather than take her with them and dump her, or leave her where she was? Did an intruder seriously believe she would NEVER EVER be found inside the house?

Serious question: Why would an intruder hide her body in a dark room in a basement?

If he wanted to ensure it was found, why hide it? If he had to bug out, not taking the kidnapped-turned-murdered with him, why did he leave the note?

Delay discovery to what end? If he were bugging out, why would he care when, where, and how she's found?

It makes zero logical sense.

Mama2JML,
Why does an intruder need to bother with a RN at all, all that sitting around authoring a RN, increases the risk of being caught.

No JonBenet in the house tells its own story, when followed up with a ransom phone call, no RN is required.

There is no IDI explanation forthcoming as to why the said intruder did not remove JonBenet from the house, which is just as inconsistent as any staged kidnapping leaving JonBenet in the house!

Intruder plan of action: Enter Ramsey household remove JonBenet, dead or alive, relocate to the boot of awaiting car, then simply drive away. Next day phone ransom demands. Total time to execute less than fifteen minutes!

There is absolutely 0 reason to start to write a draft ransom note and then write the real thing and make it that ridiculously long.

If it was a premeditated kidnapping, ('hid in the house' theory) why the fuck wouldn't you bring a ransome note with you and why the hell would you start to draft one and then write one on paper found in the house.

If it was a burglary turned kidnapping, why would you start to draft a ransom note, and then write the real thing 4 pages long? You would scribble something like "I've taken your daughter, dont contact police, deposit money at this location at this time if you want to see her again." A panicked burglar does not sit and start writing about his 'organisation'.

A lot of people get bogged down in the details of the case, because it is a fascinating one and it is very interesting, but the ransom note is the most ridiculous thing ever and was totally written by one of the family in my opinion. They also completely over thought it - mentioning the fathers business, his bonus, writing 4 pages worth etc.

There's no way the family wasn't involved. As for which one did it, that is what is hard to prove.

Questions

An intruder intending to express his anger or disdain for the Ramseys would have had no reason to write a meaningless ransom note. A kidnapper would not have left both the note and the body. If the parents were involved in this together, as so many assume, such a note might serve to throw the police off the track, but only if the body were found, days later, in some remote area. Or never found. With the body hidden in the house, where it is sure to be discovered, the note only creates problems for the Ramseys, the only ones who could "logically" have written it. If they were not planning on getting the body out of the house before the police came, then why would they write an obviously phony note?

Also, why was the note hand printed? Why not print it via computer? Or paste words together from newspapers? If the parents, or anyone at all close to the family, wrote it, they would be risking exposure for sure.

Answers

No intruder would have had anything to gain by writing the ransom note. No intruder would have any reason to write it. A kidnapper would have taken the child (or her body) with him. If something had gone wrong with his plan, he would have had no reason to leave a possibly incriminating note. Someone intending to frame John or Patsy would not have written the note in his own hand, as that would be evidence of an intruder. The conclusion is simple: there was no kidnapper. There was no intruder. The note must have been written by someone on the inside -- and it does indeed read like a staged kidnapping attempt.

the IDI explanation is that he wanted to.

of the Ohta family and family friend
Jonbenet Ramsey ransom note and John Frazier aka The Killer Prophet Frazier-victims

Frazier had entered the home while the entire family was away and laid low and waited when each family member came he surprised them, tied up with silk scarves found inside the home, then shot and killed them. including the family cat

here is a wiki summary

John Linley Frazier was born in Ohio on 20 January 1946. He was a religious fanatic who spent days with his Bible and believed the voice of God was telling him to commit homicides.

On October 19, 1970, he murdered the ophthalmologist Victor Ohta and his wife, two sons, and secretary in a delusional fit, believing he was an agent of God. Before killing the two children, Frazier questioned their killing and, once again, heard this voice saying to kill everyone and burn the house down.

Four days later he was arrested, and he was sentenced to death on November 29, 1970. However, In 1972 the death penalty was abolished in California; his sentence was commuted to life imprisonment.

On the first day of the trial, he appeared in court with a new look representing the two sides of a hippie. One side had long hair and a long beard and the other side was totally bald with no beard. He later shaved his head completely.

additional details from Mara Bovsun
Mara Bovsun wrote:
On Oct. 19, 1970, it all went up in flames.

Firefighters rushed to the blaze, only to find the two dirt roads leading to the house blocked by the doctor's Rolls and a Lincoln Continental.

What they found when they cleared the obstacles and reached the house was more than a fire. It was a scene of horror, a mass murder reminiscent of the grisly Charles Manson cult slayings just 15 months earlier.

Horrific discovery

The house at first appeared to be unoccupied. Then one of the firefighters aimed his flashlight at the lagoonlike pool and spotted a floating corpse. Four more bodies had sunk to the bottom of the pool. They were Dr. Ohta; his wife, Virginia, 43; their sons Derrick, 12, and Taggart, 11, and Ohta's secretary, Dorothy Cadwallader, 38, a married mother of two little girls.

All had been bound with the doctor's bright silk scarves, and all, along with the family cat, had been shot in the neck with a .38.

"Like an execution," one officer observed.

A burglary seemed unlikely, because jewelry, expensive cameras and electronics had not been touched.

But one of the family cars was missing. The green station wagon turned up the next day, burned and abandoned in a Southern Pacific railroad tunnel about 20 miles to the northwest.

There were no weapon, no suspects and no motive.

this crime is relevant to Jonbenet in several respects.

one it is a home invasion home intruder crime like Jonbenet Ramsey

two, the intruder, john frazier, entered the home when everyone was away, and hid, and only sprung out when the family members entered, at various times. it is likely the intruder in Jonbenet entered the home when the family were away at the Whites party and hid undetected in the basement.

three, it totally refutes the RDI claims that an intruder would have no reason to leave a ransom note with body in the home. no logical explanation. John Frazier's explanation is that god told him to do it. that he heard voices in his head to do it. RDI are stupid.

why did Jonbenet's killer leave a handwritten ransom note with body in the home? a voice in his head coming from god told him to do so. rdi's aren't particularly intelligent or well versed

four, several of the items he used in the crime were sourced to the home. Frazier did not bring with him the silk scarves he used to tie up the family, he used what he found in the home.
similarly the intruder did not bring with him paintbrush to fashion the garrott on Jonbenet but used what he found in Patsy's paint tote.

fifth, he left a written message he authored at the crime scene
John Frazier wrote:

From this day forward, anyone or company of persons who misuses the natural environment or destroys same will suffer the penalty of death by the people of the free universe. I and my comrades from this day forth will fight until death or freedom against any single anyone who does not support natural life on this planet,

Mr. Ramsey,

Listen carefully! We are a group of individuals that represent a small foreign faction. We do respect your bussiness [sic] but not the country that it serves. At this time we have your daughter in our posession [sic]. She is safe and unharmed and if you want her to see 1997, you must follow our instructions to the letter.

You will withdraw $118,000.00 from your account. $100,000 will be in $100 bills and the remaining $18,000 in $20 bills. Make sure that you bring an adequate size attache to the bank. When you get home you will put the money in a brown paper bag. I will call you between 8 and 10 am tomorrow to instruct you on delivery. The delivery will be exhausting so I advise you to be rested. If we monitor you getting the money early, we might call you early to arrange an earlier delivery of the money and hence a [sic] earlier delivery pick-up of your daughter.

Any deviation of my instructions will result in the immediate execution of your daughter. You will also be denied her remains for proper burial. The two gentlemen watching over your daughter do not particularly like you so I advise you not to provoke them. Speaking to anyone about your situation, such as Police, F.B.I., etc., will result in your daughter being beheaded. If we catch you talking to a stray dog, she dies. If you alert bank authorities, she dies. If the money is in any way marked or tampered with, she dies. You will be scanned for electronic devices and if any are found, she dies. You can try to deceive us but be warned that we are familiar with law enforcement countermeasures and tactics. You stand a 99% chance of killing your daughter if you try to out smart [sic] us. Follow our instructions and you stand a 100% chance of getting her back.

You and your family are under constant scrutiny as well as the authorities. Don't try to grow a brain John. You are not the only fat cat around so don't think that killing will be difficult. Don't underestimate us John. Use that good southern common sense of yours. It is up to you now John!

worth noting that John frazier acted alone but the manifesto claims to represent a large group of the free universe. he was opposed to the rich. he's crazy so.

i suspect Jonbenet's killer and author of the ransom note may have been familiar with John Frazier's letter. SBTC could very well be a reference to John Frazier knight of wands, and each letter represents a Tarrot card.

the idea of home invasion and killing someone and then leaving a written message is what happened in John Frazier's crime also happened in the Jonbenet Ramsey crime.

And John Frazier was anti-capitalist anti-materialist hippy, and one reason he killed Ohta family was they were rich, like the Ramsey's.

Boulder Colorado had a large hippy population in 1990s. seems plausible an anti-materalist hippy was familiar with John Frazer crime and manifesto and decided to target Jonbenet for similar motives.

Victory!
SBTC is 4 letters with a . in between

is 4 names

another name for Knight of Wands

Jonbenet's killer and author was making an allusion to John Frazier's manifesto, and he knew Frazier knew of Tarot and used 4 knights so Jonbenet's killer decided to sign his ransom note accordingly, patterned after Frazier. That's on top of other historical ransom notes.

the term Victory!

here is what wikipedia says about Knight of Batons
wiki wrote:
The questing knight, this man traditionally signifies travel, and progress. This also refers to new ideas and inventions. He looks forward, intelligent and knowledgeable, and yet ready for battle and full of fire.

Being a knight, you are always in the middle of a fire. If you want to survive, you must rely on good sense and the intuitive ability to react. The horse represents a natural instinct, a drive. What you must find out is how you can find out what you want even before you're aware of what you're doing. Express your thoughts. Don't consider eventual losses, and don't have any expectations. Act before you know why. Just keep on moving because action is the only thing that brings you closer to your goal. Meanings, events and tasks will become clear only when things are happening.

Victory!,
SBTC

is alluding to Tarot as John Frazier also alluded to Tarot. Victory is the victory of the knights, which makes sense for those who believe in Tarot, followed by 4 Tarot

tarot minor arcana

wiki wrote:
The Minor Arcana (or Lesser Arcana) are the 56 suit cards of the 78-card deck of tarot playing cards. The Minor Arcana comprise four suits with 14 cards each. Although there are variations, the Minor Arcana commonly employ the Italo-Spanish suits: Wands (alternatively, batons, clubs, or staves), cups, swords, and pentacles (alternatively, coins, disks, or rings). In contrast, the corresponding French suits are clubs (♣️), hearts (♥️), spades (♠️), and diamonds (♦️).

this understanding is far beyond any Ramsey and excludes them immediately as authors of the ransom note. It is also far beyond any RDI.

if you are rdi you remain in the dreamworld

for those who accept this evidence and line of reasoning
