   Questions

An intruder intending to express his anger or disdain for the Ramseys would have had no reason to write a meaningless ransom note. A kidnapper would not have left both the note and the body. If the parents were involved in this together, as so many assume, such a note might serve to throw the police off the track, but only if the body were found, days later, in some remote area. Or never found. With the body hidden in the house, where it is sure to be discovered, the note only creates problems for the Ramseys, the only ones who could "logically" have written it. If they were not planning on getting the body out of the house before the police came, then why would they write an obviously phony note?

Also, why was the note hand printed? Why not print it via computer? Or paste words together from newspapers? If the parents, or anyone at all close to the family, wrote it, they would be risking exposure for sure.

   Answers

No intruder would have had anything to gain by writing the ransom note. No intruder would have any reason to write it. A kidnapper would have taken the child (or her body) with him. If something had gone wrong with his plan, he would have had no reason to leave a possibly incriminating note. Someone intending to frame John or Patsy would not have written the note in his own hand, as that would be evidence of an intruder. The conclusion is simple: there was no kidnapper. There was no intruder. The note must have been written by someone on the inside -- and it does indeed read like a staged kidnapping attempt.

is docG is what he is saying true?

that an intruder would have no reason to leave a ransom note and body behind?

just in the news,

this girl

Inuit teenager is beaten to death 'by a gang of teenage girls who videoed the attack and put it on FACEBOOK'

Two girls, 16 and 17, have been arrested on charges of second-degree murder

Two teenage girls are facing murder charges after a video showing the brutal beating of a Canadian high school student was posted on Facebook.

Serena McKay, 19, was found dead on the Sagkeeng First Nation reserve, northeast of Winnipeg, on April 23 just hours after she was reported missing by her family.

Footage of McKay being beaten to death has been circulating on Facebook and was shared on a private instant messaging app.

The sickening video, which was on Facebook for at least four hours before it was removed, showed McKay lying bloodied and barely conscious on the ground while she was repeatedly stomped on and punched in the head.

McKay could be heard sobbing 'I'm so sorry' as she was being attacked.

Both female and male voices can be heard in the background of the video and at least two girls can be seen attacking McKay.

Police are investigating allegations McKay's death was streamed on Facebook Live. They are reviewing the footage as part of their investigation but are yet to confirm that she is the woman in the video.

Dailymail.com has chosen not to publish the footage.

Police say two girls, 16 and 17 years old, have been arrested on charges of second-degree murder. Given their ages, police are not identifying them.

The two girls both attended Sagkeeng Anicinabe High School with the 19-year-old victim who was due to graduate soon, according to CBC.

the 2 girls not only attacked and killed     Serena McKay age 19 by stomping it, they filmed themselves doing it AND uploaded it on facebook on their on fb account. that video was evidence that led back to those 2 girls. facebook took it down after 4 hours.

so 2 girls decide to attack a girl for no reason, then filmed themselves and uploaded it on facebook.

they had no reason to do so. they did so because they wanted to.

this example shows why docG is fraud.

another example,

killed his own mother

Oliver Mauricio Funez Machado, 18, is currently being held in "safekeeping" as he undergoes a mental health evaluation at Central Prison while his case moves through the courts.

Machado is being held without bond on a first-degree murder charge after deputies say he killed his mother with a knife at their home on Morgan Drive near Stonehill Drive just south of U.S. Highway 64 Monday afternoon. The area is east of Zebulon - near the Wake County line.

Our sister station ABC11 spoke to his father Wednesday. Walter Funez said his son had just left a mental facility last Tuesday. He called what his son did "monstrous" - saying no son should ever do that to a dad.

A search warrant revealed Machado told the 911 operator he stabbed 35-year-old Yesenia Funez Beatriz Machado "like 8 times."

his reason

"because I felt like it," affidavit says

the reason the intruder wrote a ransom note and left the body inside the home?

because he felt like it. the intruder wanted to do it.

totally blows docG fraudulent analysis out of the water.

he is also a total forensic fraud in that he's never heard of the daubert standard, and insists John Ramsey wrote the ransom note even though competent forensic handwriting experts eliminated John Ramsey as the author.

You would think the RDI and DocG have an intruder handbook and have read it, so they know what an intruder would and would not do. It is hard to believe that DocG actually posted a book on the case with his idiotic ideas about the case. It is a good thing that he was not the DA in the case because the Ramsey's would have been indicted and charged.

yeah he did write a book promoting his theory john ramsey wrote the ransom note and killed jonbenet.

yeah RDI go to great length on what an intruder would do, which obviously isn't what they say is what happened in Jonbenet.

total frauds

mr cruel is the obvious counter example

I agree about Mr. Cruel. The RDI believe to this day that it had to be either Patsy, John and Patsy doing so Burke would not lose his mother, or Patsy covering for Burke. They like to think they know about criminals but they don't and it shows. There are criminals out there like Mr. Cruel and they dare to enter a home to get a female child. If it wasn't Mr. Cruel then it was somebody like him that killed JonBenet Ramsey. I have a gut feeling about this intruder, so I know there was one and it was not any of the Ramseys. I have learned to trust my gut feeling and it is never wrong. I read Super Dave's theory online. It is bogus. I watched ID Discovery JonBenet Ramsey An American Murder Mystery and in interrogation they were expecting Patsy to break down and confess. If BPD. had gotten a confession that stood up and it would not have mattered what evidence they had or did not have; it would not have mattered because their case would have been made on that alone.
