it is about the murder of Adrienne Shelly

a near perfect murder.

when Adrienne Shelly was found dead in her apartment
her death was ruled a suicide

2 medical examiners, one hired by LE and one by husband said it was suicide

no bruises, no defensive wounds, no scratches, no injuries

Adrienne Shelly  was found dead  in her apartment bathroom, she was hanging from a bedsheet

nothing was stolen. a computer forensics search of her computer showed she was looking up death.

no forced entry.

her family and friends did not believe she was suicidal. they believed an intruder murdered her.

so what had to be decided was,
did she hang herself, or was she murdered by an intruder?

evidence of suicide was mentioned above

evidence of murder by an intruder

on the lid of the closed toilet in the bathroom was a shoe print.

the bedsheet when it was tied had a rather elaborate knot usually done by sailers or trained in the navy, and seemingly required more knot-tying knowledge than the average person.

so is a shoe print not sourced to Adrienne Shelly and a bed sheet with a knot tied which her family said she did not know how to tie evidence an intruder murdered her?

as part of the investigation, they requested the shoe print of the EMT, all detectives, police officers, family, friends who were known to be in her apartment to be taken

no match.

is this a scintalla of evidence an intruder murdered her
or is this not a scintlla of evidence an intruder murdered her,

she committed suicide

there are only 2 possibilites

suicide, or an intruder murdered her

after all, a shoe print could come from anywhere
and perhaps she does know how to tie an elaborate knot that lead to her suicide

this evidence of course is much less convincing evidence of an intruder in JonBenet Ramsey case

what methodology would you use to decide if Adrienne Shelly committed suicide or was murdered by an intruder.

if suicide
how much weight would you put on evidence like a shoe print and a tied knot of her bed sheet?

if murder,
how much weight would you put on evidence like her researching death on computer and no forced entry, and medical examiner finding of suicide?

if it was murder, why no sexual assault, nothing stolen, no items missing, no money taken, no evidence, no DNA, no fingerprints

how would you apply this to the  JonBenet Ramsey murder

and if it was an intruder, what could you say about the intruder?
a serial killer? a mastermind? someone who is an expert sadistic psychopath?

suppose this case Adrienne Shelly  was as famous and argued over in the media as  JonBenet Ramsey murder

suppose the media, LE medical examiners and the supermajority of forum posters are on the side that Adrienne Shelly committed suicide, and her family is in deep denial.

that there is not  a scintilla of evidence a mysterious intruder entered her apartment and strangled her

could they claim that the shoe print and the knot is not a scintilla of evidence, truthfully?

then apply to what RDI say in Jonbenet case

if  Adrienne Shelly murder or suicide  the shoe print on the toilet lid, which could have been done anyone at any time before the crime, no proof it was left at the time of her supposed murder, and the knot tie, is evidence of an intruder

how then to evaluate ALL of the evidence in the Jonbenet case?

what kind of reasoning would you use to determine if Adrienne Shelly was murder by intruder or suicide, how would you evaluate the evidence found, and what conclusion would you make? do RDI use same standard for Jonbenet?

after all, in Adrienne Shelly you cannot prove the shoe print was left on the toilet lid at that time, at the time of her murder, by her killer. you cannot prove Adrienne Shelly didn't not know how to tie the knot in her hanging.

since you cannot prove this, therefore there is not a scintilla of evidence and it was a suicide

does this sound reasoning as RDI say ? you can't prove the hi-tec shoe print was placed at the time of her murder, and not, say a week before her murder, or by a police officer or detective after her murder so therefore the hi-tec shoe print proves nothing

is this a scientifically and forensically acceptable way to evaluate forensic crime scene evidence?
