i'm writing this on Wed Nov 22, 2017 5:39 pm

of the millions of posters and posts out there on JonBenet Ramsey murder mystery,

I'm not aware of any, not a single one anywhere ever prior to my post right now, Wed Nov 22, 2017 5:39 pm

has ever compared the language of JonBenet Ramsey ransom note and Graeme Thorne kidnapping ransom demands
to see if there is a match.

but that name was Graeme Thorne kidnapping, at age 8. This happened in Sydney Australia, 1960, and it is a crime Mr. Cruel, being a kidnapper from Melbourne Australia would know in intimate detail.

but first I want to review the JonBenet Ramsey ransom note
mr cruel wrote:
Mr. Ramsey,

Listen carefully! We are a group of individuals that represent a small foreign faction. We do respect your bussiness [sic] but not the country that it serves. At this time we have your daughter in our posession [sic]. She is safe and unharmed and if you want her to see 1997, you must follow our instructions to the letter.

You will withdraw $118,000.00 from your account. $100,000 will be in $100 bills and the remaining $18,000 in $20 bills. Make sure that you bring an adequate size attache to the bank. When you get home you will put the money in a brown paper bag. I will call you between 8 and 10 am tomorrow to instruct you on delivery. The delivery will be exhausting so I advise you to be rested. If we monitor you getting the money early, we might call you early to arrange an earlier delivery of the money and hence a [sic] earlier delivery pick-up of your daughter.

Any deviation of my instructions will result in the immediate execution of your daughter. You will also be denied her remains for proper burial. The two gentlemen watching over your daughter do not particularly like you so I advise you not to provoke them. Speaking to anyone about your situation, such as Police, F.B.I., etc., will result in your daughter being beheaded. If we catch you talking to a stray dog, she dies. If you alert bank authorities, she dies. If the money is in any way marked or tampered with, she dies. You will be scanned for electronic devices and if any are found, she dies. You can try to deceive us but be warned that we are familiar with law enforcement countermeasures and tactics. You stand a 99% chance of killing your daughter if you try to out smart [sic] us. Follow our instructions and you stand a 100% chance of getting her back.

You and your family are under constant scrutiny as well as the authorities. Don't try to grow a brain John. You are not the only fat cat around so don't think that killing will be difficult. Don't underestimate us John. Use that good southern common sense of yours. It is up to you now John!

Victory!

this is the wikipedia article on Graeme Thorne with the ransom demands

Background

By 1960, the construction of the Sydney Opera House was proving increasingly expensive, so the New South Wales Government initiated numerous Opera House lotteries to help raise money. The £100,000 first prize (equivalent to A$2.85 million in 2016 values[9]) for Lottery 10[5] was won by Bazil Thorne (ticket 3932) in the lottery drawn on Wednesday 1 June.[10] As there was no real conception of the need for privacy for lottery winners at that time, and also for the sake of transparency, images and private details of the Thornes' lottery win were published on the front pages of Sydney newspapers.[5] It was also revealed that the prize would be paid by Thursday 7 July 1960.[11]

The Thorne family consisted of Bazil, his wife Freda, older daughter Cheryl (who had been institutionalised), son Graeme, and younger daughter Belinda. They lived at 79 Edward Street, a rented house in the Sydney suburb of Bondi.[3][12] Eight-year-old Graeme Thorne's morning routine was to wait at the corner of Wellington and O'Brien streets, a walk of approximately 300 metres[13], where a family friend, Phyllis Smith, would pick him up and take him to school with her sons.[14] On the morning of 7 July, 5 weeks after the win, Thorne left for school as usual at 8:30 AM, but when Smith came to collect him at 8:40 Thorne was nowhere to be seen. Smith drove to the Thornes' home to find out if he was going to school.[14] Surprised, Freda Thorne confirmed that he was and wondered if he might have arrived at the school by some other means. Smith drove to the school, The Scots College in Bellevue Hill, but Thorne was not there, and returned. A concerned Mrs Thorne then called the police to report that he was missing.[11]
Ransom demand

At 9:40 AM, 70 minutes after Thorne had left for school, a man with a noticeable foreign accent telephoned the Thorne household. Sergeant Larry O'Shea of Bondi Police had already arrived around 9:30[14], and took the telephone from Mrs Thorne, pretending to be Mr Thorne (who was out of town in Kempsey on business). The kidnapper stated: "I have your boy. I want £25,000 before 5 o’clock this afternoon. I’m not fooling. If I don’t get the money before 5 o’clock, I’ll feed the boy to the sharks."[5][10] O'Shea expressed doubt as to his ability to get hold of such a large sum of money, being unaware that the Thornes had recently won the lottery. The caller then said that he would call back at 5 PM with more details, and hung up. At 9:47 PM the kidnapper phoned again, but the telephone was answered by a different police officer (also pretending to be Mr Thorne),[15] who stalled for time to allow for a phone trace to happen.[14] The kidnapper started to give instructions that the money was to be put in two paper bags, but then hung up abruptly without providing further instructions.[16]

its significance that Graeme Thorne ransom demands kidnapper wanted £25,000 and Mr. Cruel also wanted £25,000 from Nicola Lynas father. So my theory is Mr. Cruel requested £25,000 as the direct result of his familiarity with the earlier Graeme Thorne ransom demands.

My Mr. Cruel murdered JonBenet Ramsey theory is that Mr. Cruel acting alone learned of child beauty pageants in the USA and decided to travel from Melbourne Australia to Boulder Colorado USA in Dec 1996, and murdered Jonbenet and wrote the ransom note.

It's a theory. Mr. Cruel's identity has never been established, and no fingerprint or DNA recovered. He's that good.

but compare this passage in the JonBenet Ramsey ransom note

now Graeme Thorne kidnapper Stephen Bradley died in Australian prison, but the facts of that case is widely known to all Australian true crime, and would be known to Mr. Cruel, who is himself an Australian kidnapper who claims he wants ransom money but really he wants pedophile sex with young girls.

Graeme Thorne kidnapping and Stephen Bradley ransom demands provides support to the theory that JonBenet Ramsey ransom note was written by an English speaking Australian national familiar with Australian true crimes, kidnapping and ransom demands, and the one person who is is Mebourne Australia's Mr. Cruel.

My theory expanded with this new theory is that Mr. Cruel was intimately familiar with Graeme Thorne kidnapping and ransom demands, knew of the $25,000 request and also made that request if Nicola Lynas father, and the wording and idea and language in the Graeme Thorne kidnapping and ransom demands were included in the JonBenet Ramsey ransom note he would later write in Dec 1996.
