my fav Gen-x cartoon intro's
Mon Jan 21, 2019
in the news,
gen-x was skipped over
as a Gen-x'er
one thing i doubt today's kids will ever know, or even generations before mine like the baby boom, or even the millenial generation
was both saturday morning cartoons and after school weekday cartoon
with that in mind
some of my fav intros for the music
if u want to know what kind of music i like its this, not classical but not rock either
robotech
Voltron
xmen
thundercats
gi joe
transformers
spectreman
after school there were cartoons also shown and 2 of my fav include
he man
smurfs
some of my fav video game music include
gradius
ghost and goblins
thexder on a tandy 1000
i do wonder what my female classmates, girls who were also gen x and now adult women were doing in their childhood
as for me it consisted of video games on an NES, arcade games, comic books, D&D, watching cartoons and playing with toys
my mom actually bought this for me
when visiting the toy store
with transformers i read the comic books, watched the cartoon saw the commercials and played with the toys
at the time i thought it was awesome
now, looking back, i'm kinda jealous of the toys like ps4 today's kids have.
i now know thanks to social media that a lot of girls like to drive atv, and then die when that atv flips over. or horses, then die when the horses kick them or something.
but at the time i had no clue what they were doing.
