the fail in logic is astounding.

This is an example of NO IDI explanation. Why would an intruder hide her body? Seriously, please answer that for me. Why would an intruder hide her body rather than take her with them and dump her, or leave her where she was? Did an intruder seriously believe she would NEVER EVER be found inside the house?

Serious question: Why would an intruder hide her body in a dark room in a basement?

b/c he wanted to. BTK/dennis raider called it factor X

If he wanted to ensure it was found, why hide it? If he had to bug out, not taking the kidnapped-turned-murdered with him, why did he leave the note?

b/c he wanted to.

Delay discovery to what end? If he were bugging out, why would he care when, where, and how she's found?

It makes zero logical sense.

b/c he wanted to delay discovery. why does it have to make "logical" sense? maybe he thinks it's funny.

Why does an intruder need to bother with a RN at all, all that sitting around authoring a RN, increases the risk of being caught.

No JonBenet in the house tells its own story, when followed up with a ransom phone call, no RN is required.

There is no IDI explanation forthcoming as to why the said intruder did not remove JonBenet from the house, which is just as inconsistent as any staged kidnapping leaving JonBenet in the house!

Intruder plan of action: Enter Ramsey household remove JonBenet, dead or alive, relocate to the boot of awaiting car, then simply drive away. Next day phone ransom demands. Total time to execute less than fifteen minutes!

b/c he wanted to. BTK/dennis raider called it factor X b/c he thought it would be funny.

Bugging out = Leaving in a hurry

The logic I'm trying to apply is why an intruder would do any of the things he supposedly did or did not do. Why would he hide a body in a dark room in the house he murdered her in? Why would he bother to leave a ransom note without taking the body?

the Mr. Cruel theory explains it - when he wrote "payback asian drug dealer more and more to come" Karmein Chan's family was the focus of the investigation. the Australian public and LE considered the Chans to be drug dealers, or Karmein was abducted for reasons involving the Chan's prior life in China (i.e chinese mafia).

Chans became really rich selling --- get this --- Chinese food. the detectives got free chinese food at Chan's restaurant.
some whites became suspicious their money was also the result of drug dealing.

as for the OCCK theory

He junk it out in Ohio to never be found ever. I tell you what makes him do it it Vietnam, we there together, Frank and me, oh Frank not his real name I call him that here. Nam screw up your mindtoo. Tell you something else he killed lots of little kids then with medals for it. Burned them to death bombed them with napalm it's real becautiful there doc. He wants the rich people like people in Birmingham to suffer like all of us suffered to get nothing back for what we did for out country. Hes not a monster like you think he really loves children especially that little girl for 3 weeks not doing it because he hates childrens but doing it because he hates everybody else out there and this be his way to get even and get back at everybody.

it's worth noting many serial killers from zodiac to jack the ripper to btk to the beltway sniper to unabomber all left written messages to LE.

simple IDI theory, intruder wrote the RN as a joke, as a troll, giving the R's false hope gives them false hope their daughter might be alive. they left body in the room hidden to delay discovery. the twisted humor is that while attempting to collect money for the ransom, she was under their noses all this time. the other joke is the joke is on the R's, they become prime suspects.

for this joke to work, the body has to be hidden to delay discovery.

the movie The Fugitive, suspicion fell on him for murder of wife fell on Dr. Roger Kimball played by Harrison Ford. this movie aired before Jonbenet was killed.

scientifically, the issue is to be decided with forensics, forensic trace evidence, forensic handwriting/linguistics, forensic shoe print, etc. the forensic trace evidence clearly establishes the IDI theory (or RDI + accomplice)

If you only knew the POWER of the Daubert side
