the fail in logic is astounding.

This is an example of NO IDI explanation. Why would an intruder hide her body? Seriously, please answer that for me. Why would an intruder hide her body rather than take her with them and dump her, or leave her where she was? Did an intruder seriously believe she would NEVER EVER be found inside the house?

Serious question: Why would an intruder hide her body in a dark room in a basement?

the IDI explanation is that he wanted to.

because he wanted to.

if you are going to argue that he didn't act for a reason that made sense to you, then you can argue that killers have no reason to do what they do, but they do it anyway.

case in point

this is 15 yo Alyssa Bustamante

she killed her 9 yo Elizabeth Olten and her reason

It was four days after she’d dug the graves that Alyssa decided it was time to find out what it felt like to take a life. Elizabeth Olsen, Bustamente’s nine-year-old neighbor, was walking home from a friend’s house (ironically the friend was Alyssa’s half sister) when Bustamente grabbed her, beat her, strangled her, stabbed her and then slit her throat and wrists. She then dumped her body into one of the two graves

this is her reason for killing Elizabeth

“I just f***ing killed someone. I strangled them and slit their throat and stabbed them now they’re dead. I don’t know how to feel atm [at the moment],” Bustamante wrote in her diary. “It was amazing. As soon as you get over the ‘ohmygawd I can’t do this’ feeling, it’s pretty enjoyable. I’m kinda nervous and shaky though right now. Kay, I gotta go to church now…lol.”

the intruder enjoyed killing jonbenet and leaving behind a ransom note as a joke, fooling them into thinking jonbenet was still alive is an "amazing" experience.

Why did teen lesbians Rachel Shoaf and Sheily Eddy murder Sklar Neese?
bc they wanted to, and they planned her murder for several months ahead of time.

why? bc he wanted to.

bc he thought it would be funny. bc he wanted to troll the RDI. bc he wanted it to be a joke.

the joke works like this, they read a ransom note thinking their daughter is alive, but no she is dead. in fact she is still in their house hidden away. haha.

another reason is that this is a copy cat crime, the intruder is a copy cat killer. he is copycatting the movie Dirty Harry Scorpio, who left ransom notes and a dead girl in the movie.

if you don't know what a copycat crime is, then you've not done any significant research into the matter and your opinion is that of an ignorant troll.

ever killer has choices to make, and for whatever choice they make, you can second guess what their motive is.

you know there are thousands of crimes where you can ask why the killer did what they did.

2 teen girls attempted to kill a third girl to summon slender man. their motive was that their dead girl would summon slenderman.

does that make sense?

there are many murder victims, and the reason for the murder remains completely unknown. that doesn't change the fact that someone killed them.

nos IDI questions for you have you ever
1 studied forensics and crime scene reconstruction and
2 studied other cases that involved a murder victim and handwritten notes, other kidnapping notes, murder victims in homes, and other similar crimes?

while the specific combination of murder victim in the home and ransom note is unique, there are examples of murder victims and handwritten notes, murder victims and ransom notes, crimes against children in fully occupied homes, etc.

as well as scientific literature on "profiling"

Suspect
