it's 94F plus humidity and full sunlight and people are out jogging triatholons

for past several days and for the next several days it's mid 90s plus full sunlight plus humidity.

but i still see lots of people out jogging and walking and playing sports like baseball and football and the local news talks about triatholons and marathons

for me just walking from my car to grocery store is a heat stroke inducing event.

i prefer to walk in an A/C mall or A/C treadmill in a fitness gym, far removed from the sun and heat.

not only do i prefer to be indoors but i would prefer to be indoors with excellent A/c, which my house does not sadly qualify.

it's so hot at this time of the year now, that i don't bother opening my windows.

all my windows and doors are locked at all times. even night times are warm and humid.

i do wonder the psychology of those jogging and running under full sun and blistering heat in the daytime.

but yeah i can't imagine the psychology of jogging under the sun when it's 94F with humidity and a long trail, and esp for whites with light skin that can burn.

at least with a swimming pool the water can help keep you cool.
