its extremely hot and humid right now in my city. of course it is August so its to be expected. the combined heat index is reported around 110-115F

One thing I do when its so hot is I actually turn off my AC during the day, then leave my house and visit places like libraries and bookstores and malls, I do walk to try to maintain my health, and I'm not walking outside in intense sunlight and a heat index of 115F, and walk inside a mall. I also park my car in a garage so it stays cool by the shade. Once the mall closes it is dark outside I then come home and turn on the A/C, it takes a couple of hours but my house becomes cool enough to sleep and I repeat the cycle.

I'm still alive as I type this, but of course as of any second I could get a heart attack and die. I do feel "sensations" from my heart area.
Not painful, but certainly concerning. I am very conscious of feelings coming from my heart. I don't just ignore it, but then if it is a lethal heart attack what can I do but die?

I imagine that 1- i feel pain, then lose consciousness then die.

When I called 911 the paramedic told me I was entering A-fib, for atrial fibrillation. I know notice defibrillators in places I visit from swimming pools to parks to libraries and small businesses. I never noticed them before my heart attack.

I guess I should be happy to have a second chance at life.

Stella Quinn DuPont 8

One eight-year-old girl tragically died after she went into cardiac arrest at Orlando's SeaWorld.

n eight-year-old girl has died after collapsing and suffering cardiac arrest last week while at SeaWorld in Florida with her family.

After her initial resuscitation by the Orlando Fire Department, Stella Quinn Dupont was taken to the emergency room at Dr. P. Phillips Hospital. It would later be discovered that the small girl had bleeding around her brain stem resulting in her brain being starved of blood.

Stella died surrounded by her family on October, 18.

On Sunday afternoon, 8 year old Stella was with her family at SeaWorld when she suddenly collapsed and went into cardiac arrest.
Even though she was successfully resuscitated and transported to the Emergency Room, she still remained unresponsive.
Stella was found to have spontaneous bleeding near the brain stem which occluded the blood flow to her brain. She was transported to Arnold Palmer Hospital for the best Neurosurgeons, Physicians, and Nurses to aid in Stella's fight for survival.
And even with the best care, Mom and Dad's love, and a little sister's hugs , she couldn't win the battle.

On August 1, 2023, our beloved Callie Marie left this world too soon. She was born on June 6, 2007, in Houston, Texas, raised in Katy, Texas, by her parents Scott and Michelle Donahue.  Callie attended

A rising high school junior died recently while attending a cheer camp at Texas A&M.

Callie Mitchell, 16, was airlifted to Texas Children's Hospital after a coach performed CPR at the campus where she later died.

Scott says Mitchell "probably" went into a cardiac arrest that was caused by the condition. Long QT is detectable by electrocardiogram (EKG), which is optional during athletic physicals in Texas.

Mitchell's father is now urging parents to get EKGs for their kids.

Félicité Tomlinson (sister of One Direction singer Louis Tomlinson), 18

have put heart disease in the spotlight. The news of both passing away from heart issues has forced the public to face the question – “Is anyone too young for heart disease?”.

The reality is, heart problems can strike at any age.

Sadly, Félicité and Lotte lost their lives to sudden cardiac events at very young ages, and with reasons that we may not ever know. With Félicité passing from a heart attack

are just a few examples who died from a heart attack, at a fairly young age, and no second chance at life pale pale
generally heart attacks are less common in females, and these hand picked examples were all in the prime of life.

I actually wish I was born a girl, but of course death from heart attack at such a young age wow! of course I could get a cardiac arrest tonight in my sleep.

fate, God, or something gave me a second chance.

My second chance though means 1 I am getting medical bills and 2 I have to be on blood thinners, plavix and aspirin, because I had  a stent placed, and it causes me to bleed profusely when I get any cut or scratch. Even mosquito bites are bloody affairs.
3 every time I feel a sensation in my chest I'm thinking this is it, goodbye world. I'll be dead and I will never see another sunset or rainbow

pale

the cardiologist said I have two problems, a blocked coronary artery which was treated by a stent so I have to be on blood thinners, and the conduction fibers of my heart are aging and not conducting as well as they should be so I am on cardizem (diltizazem) sending me into A-fib

Switching topics I finished watching Star Wars Acolyte all 8 episodes. There are plenty of reviews on youtube, mostly negative.

I do think Qimir and Sol were good characters and I really enjoyed the final lightsaber scene

I thought the fight scene was really well done. The plot and story not so much. If my former apprentice wasn't in prison I'd ask him what he thought.

I had to spend several hours of my life listening to bad dialogue and nonsensical plot just to watch maybe 10 minutes of awesome lightsaber combat I love you

I did enjoy listening to Qimir discuss sith philosophy with Osha or Mae. I love you

so Acolyte is over and the reviews mostly bad, are in.

the weekend and coming week are forecasted to be hot, so I plan to leave my house and visit especially the mall but also bookstores.

when it is hot one lifestyle I change is not to cook at home, since cooking ads a lot of heat and humidity. Instead I either eat prepared meals like tv dinners at home or eat out more.

My favorite which causes heart attack, is the $5 KFC 2 piece of chicken and a side, I've asked to replace mash potatoes with cole slaw and a biscuit.

I like fried chicken I love you I really wish Popeyes had a similar $5 deal but their menu the similar one is $8.99

I don't like McDonald or Wendy all that much but I do like the Whopper jr.

When its cool spring or fall I cut my own lawn and the gas only costs $1 but when its hot outside I hire someone to cut my lawn, but I don't water my lawn, so for July and August, I let the lawn grow, and then I hire someone to cut it. While I have to pay money to do this, I may get a heart attack from the intense heat and humidity so I see it as a life saving measure. They also cut the weeds around my house to, which takes me a lot of time and I get bug bites.

I see homeless people and beggars standing by traffic corners with signs begging for money but its 115F outside and intense sunlight. I'm surprised they don't die from a heat stroke or water loss

I definitely feel something in my heart when its this hot and humid.

I'm actually typing this post in a very nicely A/C library right now. not just the general area but in one of their "study rooms" and the temp is set to 72F. No way could my house get this cold.

The forecast is that by the middle of next week a cold front will move in, bringing temperatures around mid 80s and lower humidity. Thats good enough for me to stay in my house and walk outside, rather than go to the mall to walk, assuming I'm still alive
