A Plan to Kill - Season 1 Episode 3 -To Have and To Kill

A firefighter and loving family man is found gunned down outside his Philadelphia home.

I just watched this episode.

This was a murder planned years in advance of the actual crime.

A black fireman Walker was gunned down, and there was a grieving widow Illuma who had a teenage daughter from a previous marriage.

The initial suspect was the next door neighbor who was a known drug dealer age 28, but he had an air tight alibi at the time of the murder. they still suspected he was involved in the planning.

they tested the shell casings for touch DNA and they found unknown male DNA.

is that scientific forensic evidence?

there tips and they found a guy, Chad Pagett interviewed him, checked his cell phone records and eventualy the plan came out.

Widow Illumoa falsley told her future would be husband she has breast cancer, and he should sympathy.  he agreed to marry her so she would get his health insurance policy.

he also signed a life insurance policy worth $300k and her as the sole beneficiary, and his assets including home.

she never had breast cancer or any cancer.

she then recruited a guy Chad Pagett who recruited several other guys to kill her husband so she can get the money, and offered to pay $10k. she claimed she was being abused so this was about abuse. in fact it was about money.

touch DNA on the shell casings matched Chad Pagett who loaded the gun who hired a hired gunman

she got life without parole and insists she was innocent. her daughter who was a minor only got a month in juvenile.


the other conspirators got 28 years to life

her daughter admitted this was her mothers plan all along years back before she met her murdered husband. she never loved him and she wasn't abused.

so the moral of the story is that a woman might lie to you about having breast cancer and said she loves you and falsely claim abuse and hire killers to kill you and get your assets your car and home and $300k life insurance policy. then claims to be innocent in prison
