I'm recovering from Cardiac arrhythmia

I am feeling better, but earlier around 8pm on Thursday I was drinking cold milk and eating a donut when once again my heart started racing. My heart rate monitor stated I was at 160 beats per minute.

I spat out my food, and sat down and over 15 minutes is slowly returned to 80 bpm.

I am taking cardizem daily.

I still feel some soreness in my chest as I get ready for bed.

some other times was once when I was vacuuming the house I felt my heart racing again.

and another time I drank cold liquid to.
