I watched all three episodes of Netlfix
Cold Case: Who Killed JonBenét Ramsey

not sure if there will be more episodes as episode 3 ended with John Mark Karr "Daxter"

I'm still alive as I type this but the weather is cold and windy here and its' doing a number on my heart, I can feel my heart racing when I step out into the cold. its only November and the cold weather is causing my heart to race and I'm wondering if I am going to make it out alive.    this could be my last post alive.

they offered a 3d animated tour of the Ramsey home which is nice because I've not seen it myself like this.






I have a much better idea of the layout of the house thanks to this - they explained Jonbenet's bedroom is quite far from the parents bedroom so its possible a quiet intruder would not wake up the parents or brother.


you know in this documentary the private secret life of the Ramseys are out on display,



I guess the moral of the story is if there is a murder and you are someone a suspect your private life isn't so private

the experts stated that one, the hair was entangled in, so they think she was alive when it was fastened and two, its a sophisticated device, that requires some understanding in how to make and use. they also mentioned that it was taken from the paintbrush in Patsy's tote and broken into 3 pieces

, they found fibers on the paintbrush in her vagina and there was bleeding, and the conclusion was at death she was sexually assaulted by the paintbrush causing bleeding at the time of her death by the perp and transfer of fibers from the paintbrush into her vagina.

in January 1997 the CBI did DNA testing using 1997 DNA technology

they found DNA under Jonbent fingernails but no report if it is consistent with DNA found in her underwear

they also tested other items but no report on what those results were



the CBI DNA experts, even in 1997 said that the DNA could come from saliva, skin cells, or place of manufacturing, and that it most likely came from a white male. the detectives thought about going to China to where the underwear was manufactured, they are looking for any white males in the Chinese factory it was made, and take his DNA to see if a white male in a Chinese underwear factory may have contirubted to it.

the fact that Jonbenet was sexually assaulted, as evidence by the transfer of fibers from the paintbrush to her vagina, strongly implies there's no innocent explanation for the DNA.
