i just finished watching Investigation Discovery Your Worst Nightmare S04E01 Every Step You Take

Dancer Jodi Sanderholm has spent weeks practicing her team’s big performance. So when she vanishes hours before the event, it doesn’t make sense, until a friend comes forward with strange details about the days leading up to Jodi’s disappearance.

they found her body in the woods, and her car was recovered from a nearby river

DNA forensic scientists did extensive DNA testing.

this is their DNA report and forensics

But Jodi made sure her attacker would not get away. Under the middle fingernail on her right hand there was DNA. There was also footprints left by her sandals as well as her attackers.

is finding DNA on her body on just 1 location, Under the middle fingernail on her right hand and finding footprints near her body that did not match hers, forensic evidence

what conclusions would you reach regarding the significance of finding that DNA and shoe prints at the crime scene?

would such conclusions be correct?
