in the news the punishment for kristen lindsey cat killer has finally be handed down

kristen lindsey cat killer and fbi profilers henry lee andrew hodges frauds BIWtSHhNerrufoS-1600x900-noPad

one year suspension of her license, 4 years probation 150 hours community service

this happens bc Lindsay is a DVM, a license professional with a professional regulatory agency and professional lincense

fbi profilers like jim clemente and gary mccrary answer to no professional organization or regulation. there is no license or professional qualifications.

same thing with stan burke and statement analysis or james fitzgerald and linguistics profiler.

there are no professional organizations that Burke Ramsey can file a complaint with.

IMO there should be a federal law requiring that in conjunction with the FTC, any documentary that wants to feature experts and accusing a private citizen like Burke ramsey, must have a license and their methodology approved by the scientific community.

andrew hodges never saw patsy ramsey as a patient i understand he is a psychiatrist. i think the AMA and APA should censure hodges for making claims as an MD and he should have his license revoked.

federal laws should be passed to protect burke ramsey and others from pseudo-experts with no qualifications. should they violate they can go to prison or lose their license.

these so-called rdi experts fucking suck.

if henry lee is going to claim as an expert that the dna is not evidence he would have to show he has a scientific basis for such a claim. if he is unable to do so, he should be censured and his license revoked.

same with werner spitz, who burke is suing. i think under my proposed legislation spitz could also lose his MD licnese for going beyond his qualification in claiming burke has issues or what not.

there should be no difference between what kristin lindsay did to tiger the orange cat, and these frauds fbi profilers jim clemente laura stan burke et al, except the latter have no license and no professional organization

btw alley cats

Punishment for Cat-Killing Veterinarian in Texas Too Lenient, Says Alley Cat Allies

October 18, 2016

AUSTIN, Texas—Alley Cat Allies decries today’s decision that will allow recreational cat-killer Kristen Lindsey to be re-licensed to practice veterinary medicine in Texas after only a year’s suspension. Lindsey shot an arrow through the head of Tiger the cat and boasted about the killing on social media. The vote taken today by the Texas Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners means that Lindsey will be allowed to begin practicing veterinary medicine again after one year. She will then continue to be on probation for another four years.

“Only a permanent revocation of Kristen Lindsey’s license is an acceptable ruling given the level of contempt for animals she has demonstrated,” said Misty Christo, Alley Cat Allies’ lead attorney on the case. “She shot Tiger, dangled him by an arrow through his head as he slowly died, and then celebrated the killing on social media with a grisly photo. She clearly broke the public trust we place in veterinarians and should never practice medicine again.”

Christo expressed concern about the prospect of Lindsey regaining her license again one year from now.

“With this ruling, animal owners may soon unknowingly place their animals in the care of a veterinarian who grossly violated her oath to prevent animal suffering” Christo said. “That’s why a full license revocation was the only choice to protect both the veterinary profession and animal owners who may work with her in the future.”

Since the case first broke in 2015, Alley Cat Allies pushed for harsh punishment, filed an amicus brief and offered testimony in the case. It has ensured that Kristen Lindsey’s actions would not escape notice and that she would be held accountable for her killing of Tiger.

Lindsey has 20 days to request a re-hearing from the TBVME, and 30 days to appeal to state District Court.

About Alley Cat Allies
Alley Cat Allies, headquartered in Bethesda, Md., is the only national advocacy organization dedicated to the protection and humane treatment of cats. Founded in 1990, today Alley Cat Allies has more than 600,000 supporters and helps tens of thousands of individuals, communities and organizations save and improve the lives of millions of cats and kittens nationwide. Its website is www.alleycat.org, and Alley Cat Allies is active on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google+ and YouTube.

Alleycats PETA and other animal rights groups are going to make sure Kristin never practices veterinary medicine again. they petition for it revoked, and if that fails, they will find out where she works and ask the veterinary clinic to fire her.

as far as being a veterinarian Kristin lindsay practice is probably over. you piss off animal rights activists and shit like this happens.

i think andrew hodges as an md is just as egregious with his bull shit mother gone bad and his bullshit about thoughtprints. hodges should also lose his license. and henry lee and werner spitz. gideon epstein and cina wong since they are not qualified forensic handwriting experts, should go to prison for claiming patsy wrote the ransom note.

i call it the burke ramsey federal law. under this federal law, in conjunction with the FTC, only experts who can offer an opinion or write a book, must have a license, a governing license board, and follow a code of ethics. henry lee would have to explain how his conclusion is the dna is not evidence of an intruder to this professional board, and if he fails, his license should be revoked. permanently.

only licensed professionals may offer an opinion. based on this, only 2 witness on the cbs program could offer an opinion and werner spitz is being sued.

anyone claiming to be a fde like cina wong or gideon epstein, but doesn't have a license is committing fraud like pretending to be a doctor or nurse, and head to prison and fined.

fbi profilers have no qualifications and therefore they would not be allowed to offer opinions on the cbs documentary on burke's guilt.

something like this is long overdue.

the ftc does regulate whether a doctor can give medical advice on documentaries, so something like this should be implemented for other professions.

in the jonbenet ramsey case once you vet who is and is not qualified, the conclusion is simple, jonbenet was killed by an intruder
