when i first joined websleuth, superdave was the first person to reply to my posts and threads.

one question i asked superdave was whether he has seen the forensic files, which i have, where a single fiber or shoe print is evidence that cracks the case, when matched to a suspect.

he said he had not.

once i realize that jonbenet had shoe print hi-tec that was NOT sourced to the ramsey's (burke was reported to own hi-tec but the shoe size found in the basement was an adult male) along wtih fibers hair tape ligature i realize

an intruder did this.

i was joined by holdontoyourhat

holdontoyourhat and I battled superdave and his rdi minions

holdontoyourhat and i left websleuth for crimeshots

where he and i met superdave once again.

holdontoyourhat was status quo there, and he explained to hippo his ESL jonbenet's killers were from north korea.

holdontoyourhat and superdave have a history of many years before i even joined websleuth.

the battle of the masters,

between himself and holdontoyourhat

holdontoyourhat seemingly disappeared on crimeshots and i've not seen or heard from him since.


well holdontoyourhat if you're reading this, and have been following the latest news,

superdave was arrested for having sex with children and watching and creating child porn.

crazy isn't it? i would have never imagine how things actually turn out

and with the death of superdave,

it is time, for the JIDI to end. i told superdave

holdontoyourhat my newest intruder theory

superintruder theory - i.e superdave did it. you and i were debating idi vs rdi with superdave all these years, and perhaps he is trying to throw the scent off him by blaming the parents. check his dna against the dna found on jonbenet. see if he owns hi-tec and cordage and tape in his home, as well as nude photos of Jonbenet.

when searchingal first told me this i thought this must be some mistake after all, david hughes is a very common name. my name is also a common name. but once i saw that punisher shirt i realized

maybe superdave did it. they should take his dna and compare it with jonbenet and other crimes.

superdave himself told me he had a history with Jameson, on her webbsleuth forum way back when he was idi.

despite my knowledge of the force i never suspected that superdave was speaking from personal experience.

i told superdave of my theory mr cruel did it.

he quoted padme saying i'm going down a path he can't follow then left crimeshots, for some time, only to return to get me banned.

there used to be lots of free articles on mr cruel on hearldsun an australian newspaper online

they are now all behind a paywall

you have to pay $$

but what mr cruel did to his girl victims and what superdave did

are very similar,

including inserting fingers  , oral sex, and video taping and photographing it

what was said of mr cruel that he has an intense interest in children plus he has a kind of caring voice when talking to his victims

matches what superdave did.

now superdave is american and not old enough to be mr cruel

but they both had sex with children and video taped it, and both were gentle in their approach.

superdave game is find the kitty with children.

mr cruel was we're married and tell his victims that they are now married and this was their wedding night.

i first read what mr cruel did on heraldsun then now i'm reading what superdave did, with video taping and find the kitty

it's uncanny. both mr cruel and superdave performed similar actions and video taped them having sex with children.

and even mr cruel's physical description

white male, possibly blue eyes hairy matches superdave's

A search warrant was executed on his computer and he was re-arrested for nine images of child pornography, including some with infants. Federal charges. The prosecutors asked that he be kept in detention until trail. The motion was granted.

he holdontoyourhat and i talked a lot on websleuth.

on websleuth he always replied to my posts and he according to trasha apparently spent the last 22 years on websleuth discussing Jonbenet, advocating RDI on Jonbenet on websleuth, spending what seems like many hours everyday all day

no i did not know that.

he  replied to my threads and posts on websleuth, he did so frequently and quickly, i thought him funny, and we both are star wars fans.

i had more role playing in star wars on jonbenet with superdave than anywhere else on the internet. star wars forums discuss star wars but no role playing. it was like playing dungeons and dragons with star wars with superdave

what was fun about superdave for me was he replied often within minutes

and would quote star wars and i am always wondering what quote he uses so i could reply with a quote from star wars.

which is why i call my self a science lord master of the daubert side of the forensics

The fact that he would reply within minutes says to me he was lurking and larping. He obviously had way too much time on his hands.

One comment of mine that he found particularly interesting was when I said I believed whoever wrote the ransom note most likely rehearsed the lines over and over like in the days of videotape. I worked a video store in south boulder in the 1980s. The tracking lines that most of us found most bothersome came from abruptly stopping, then rewinding, and then restarting the tape. The ransom note smacks of porn to me for these reasons. I read that Hughes was into theatre production. Obviously now we can see he was probably into porn production as well.

Mr Cruel made a ransom demand with Nicola Lynas and demanded money for Sharon WIlls and Karmein Chan

just money. ransom demand. but his actual motive was sexual.

in Amy Mihalavic, the killer called and spoke to Amy directly, made no mention of sex, he made no ransom demands, but when she was recovered she had blood in her panties like Jonbenet.

a young boy named Clark Handa was abducted and killed, there was a ransom money and ransom note, but the actual motive was sexual.

the longest ransom note known in us history Barbara Mackle was really for money.

the Leopold and Loeb ransom note was partly for money but mostly to prove they are Niezsche's superman.

absence of sexuality in the Ransom Note significant in that the killer may have wanted his note to read like a real ransom note, but as to his actual motive I don't think its possible to say.

pedophile kidnappers for sex may write ransom notes with absence of sexuality but their actual motive is sex

On the subject of online predators, I’m wondering in the case of JBR why the subject might be changed from IDI to RDI like Hughes did? Did he come to think Patsy wrote the note and then changed his tune? He thought she caught John molesting JB and went ballistic (I can’t keep up sometimes). But what I’m getting at is would a predator in an online discussion forum more likely assume the position of what he really thinks or lean to the theory that cause him more sexual ideation?

SD made his choices long before i entered the scene.

i think and its certainly the opinion of RDI on websleuth posters is

if you look at patsy's historical writing exemplars, and the ransom note.

it's patsy's handwriting. she wrote it. no need for experts.

Well today I have been thinking of the useful half-life of the JBR discussion forums; those that inhibit and suppress discussion of IDI and are now known as a safe harbor for sexual predators. How long can they perpetuate without consequence?

but on reddit you can report as spam or downvote so i gave up

is topix as a whole down or just topic /jonbenet

I did see the ID show about Amy. Seems like my brother got married to a girl that lived on that same block in Bay Vllage in 1985. That’s my recollection of where she lived. My parents once lived on the East side of Cleveland. And I think I remember that horse riding place, Holly Hills or something like that.

I feel like sign in sheets with phone numbers were a slack protocol that no one gave much thought about before the Information Age took hold. It definitely makes sense that the killer found her name there at the nature center.

Feel pretty bad for her mother who fell apart.

that's a small world after all. my theory of amy mihalavic jonbenet same killer theory is that either he moved from bay village ohio to boulder colorado or he visited due to family, skiing to boulder.

since i saw that documentary this week on new years, i have a lot more understanding of amy mihalavic.

may i suggest you re-watch the documentary with the idea that perhaps amy's killer went on to kill jonbenet? that is what i did.
