i suggested in a blog post, the super intruder theory, that the jonbenet obsessed David Hughes was involved in her murder.

inspector rex comments, which are now deleted but searchinGirl also saw it, said this theory is simply ridiculous. it's grasping at straws. strangely he deleted these comments before i could reply.

basically what inspector rex called completely absured, my super intruder theory, the article says

“This is an active investigation,” Det. Ryan Ashe of the Rutland, Vt., police department told Radar.

“[Hughes] said he has family out ‘west’ and I plan to reach out to Boulder police to discuss the case.

“If we could establish he was in Colorado or the general vicinity of Boulder, we could develop enough probable cause to get a warrant.”
Insiders told the publication that Hughes’ DNA has already been secretly seized by cops and is being tested.

Hughes was just 15 when JonBenét was found dead in her family home in Boulder on Dec. 26, 1996 — but he’s admitted to an “obsession” with her murder.

“It seems to have consumed most of my life,” Hughes confessed to Radar.

In his book, “An Angel Betrayed,” he implied JonBenét enjoyed the assault.

“[Children] don’t always know it’s wrong, especially if their victimizer is a trusted adult … and most of them want to please adults,” he wrote.

Hughes said he’s communicated with people from Boulder but insisted he played no part in her murder.

“I could tell you I was in no way involved in JonBenét’s death,” he
said.

As Radar has reported, an Indiana woman has fingered her ex-husband, the late Glenn Meyer, as JonBenét’s murderer.

Chillingly, a witness has described a second suspect as Meyer’s accomplice — and Hughes’ arrest warrants a full-scale probe.

“The witness said one of the intruders was in their early teens,” said Roscoe J. Clark, founder of an online group that investigates JonBenét’s death. “[Hughes] fits the profile.”

Vermont is taking his DNA and comparing it with the DNA found on Jonbenet, and seeing if he was in "out west" in this time frame.

they asked him if he was involved in Jonbenet's murder and he denied it.

David Hughes is being investigated as  a suspect, and his DNA was taken, he was asked, and his whereabouts in 1996 is being investigated by Vermont police.

there are theories there were 2 intruders, one was a teen, and if so SD could be that teen.

my super intruder theory, that SD murdered Jonbenet, as a suspect, he's being investigated.

i guess inspector rex and i have different ideas, in my suggestion i propose SD be investigated as a suspect to Jonbenet and his DNA compared and see where he was in Dec 1996, not that there is proof.

similary with my other theories from mr cruel to occk to amy mihalavic, a suspect to be investigated, not ironclad proof of involvement.

now,

suppose hypothetically speaking,

that the DNA found on Jonbenet underwear and longjohns matches

this guy



would you say then that the DNA is no evidence of an intruder?

how would you evaluate a hypothetical match between the DNA found on Jonbenet's long johns and

i was going to type this before searchingirl brought to my attention some murder in utah i've never heard of. i was out shopping till now.

if this guy's dna




matches the dna found on jonbenet, is this evidence of an intruder?

if the answer of rdi is no, then that rdi gets an F- on forensics.

there is no qualification to be an RDI. one never have needed to study forensic science to be an RDI.

just say, wow burke is creepy he must have killed his sister, therefore rdi

as opposed to studying the science of forensics and using science to evaluate scientific evidence

i emailed them that he should be investigated and dna taken and it is being done.

i see my occk-jonbenet theory as an idea to be studied, but of course i have the mr cruel theory and the amy mihalavic theory and tracy neef jonbenet theory and the superdave superintruder theory.

Great post! Although I do remember asking you early on if you thought SD could be the intruder...and you laughed at me. Haha. Lol. I knew there was something about that guy...slimey slick.

I’m proud of you for emailing the detective. I may have known there was something off about the guy but you knew enough to contact the right people. Do you think there is any chance he might have gone to school at the place I linked above?

I think the child porn is a really serious charge. And his book business could have been a front for his CP business.

i just sent a tip on the crime tips vermont lol. i did same with boulder for mr cruel and tracy neef and occk and amy mihalavic

i dont know him personally so i have no idea where he went to school nor anything about his book business.

I was thinking of the charges against him. Federal vs State. And which might be more serious in terms of victims and wanting to spare the little girl the trauma of something she doesn’t remember. Former telecom fraud analyst here.
