I learned of the death of a white female named Austin Holt

i had no idea that they had prizes for pigs. in elementary school we visited farms and saw common farm animals and i remember the smell of pig poop.

overpoweringly bad.

over the years i would drive on high ways and i could easily smell the smell of animal poop including pig poop when highways took me near farms.

ewww.

but wow, so  Austin Holt wanted to be a future farmer of America. and she was well regarded for her prize pigs.

i kinda wonder don't you start seeing this pigs as pets? how could you let your pet get slaughtered and turned into bacon?

so beauty pageants for pigs is a thing, with teenage girls like Austin, which is usually a male name.

so there's people actually watching teen girls showing off their pigs like a beauty pageant? uh-huh. okay.

i guess if those pigs can do amazing circus stunts that could be entertaining.

apparently they also bid on the pigs for the purpose of breeding and then killing them for meat.

reading this i think about my last day on earth alive.

i try to imagine her last day and hour and minute alive and apply it to my own possible future

i wake up in the morning, clean up eat get dressed, hop in my car drive then bam. i'm dead. killed in a car crash

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Elise Helen Frolker, age 11, of Owensville, Mo. Elise was born on July 21, 2013, to Willie and Becky (Feth) Frolker and passed away on September 29, 2024. She was a bright and spirited 5th grader at Owensville Elementary School, where she played on the volleyball team and brought joy to her classmates and teachers alike.


Elise was an avid member of Drake 4-H, where she built a strong community in showing hogs and recently won Grand Champion at the State Fair with her boar, Blue. Her infectious smile could light up any room, and she was known for her playful spirit and love of being silly. Elise was cherished by many and was the best cousin anyone could ask for.

Elise had a passion for riding horses, farming, hunting, and fishing. She also enjoyed getting her nails done and shopping, always bringing a touch of fun to every outing.
