A New Jersey woman with a thirst for fun takes the plunge and buys a home close to her family. The wrong houseguest will prove deadly though, as police dig through her life to find an enemy that is hiding very close.

like 99% of the murders on ID i've never heard nor encountered this murder anywhere

kinda scary how many murders are out there you never hear about, but this one was solved

this is a must watch for all interested in JonBenet Ramsey since this is also an intruder murder and the forensics is the same as Jonbenet

Nov 18, 2010 family finds Diane Zeleski murdered

unlike swamp murders they don't have a dramatization of the actual murder

they review forensic evidence. they find shoe prints that did not match Diane Zeleski.

in Jonbenet the most famous known shoe print is the hi-tech one found near where Jonbenet's body was found.

obviously the shoe print could have come from anyone at any time you can't prove it was from the killer at the time of her murder, it could have been someone else prior to her murder



Diane Zelesk was stabbed killed bludgeon strangled. her father and mother found her dead at the bottom of stairs.

her body and her vagina was douched with toilet bowel cleaner making finding dna much harder.

they did recover unknown dna male from her underwear.

there was blood all over the crime scene. they were able to recover a different unknown male mixed in Diane Zelesk blood.

they found DNA on her underwear from 1 unknown male. they found DNA from a different male mixed in her blood found at the crime scene, along with shoe prints that do not match Diane Zelesk or her parents.

is this evidence?

in effect these other crimes that were solved act as laboratory experiments as away of testing RDI claims to see if they are scientifically sound and robust.

if the shoe print and fibers and unsourced ligature tape and dna found in blood that matchs dna found on clothing in the Jonbenet case is not a scintilla of evidence the anti-sciencce know-nothing Tricia griffith, is it also not evidence of an intruder in Diane Zelesk case?

this killer spent a lot of time at her crime scene, at her home, cooking and eating food (!) watching porn on her computer (!) ordering computer ipad from her credit card and computer (!) and even cleaned up.

Diane Zeleski had both parents and a brother, like Jonbenet.
perhaps the parents did it. perhaps the brother. what intruder would spend the time to do that?

during the investigation they consider literally scores of suspects, they proceed to DNA test brother and father, dozens of males from her work, dance class studio, old boyfriends, and dozens of boyfriends she met on the internet dating.

all not a match.

perhaps the brother did it. or the parents and staged the crime scene.

suppose you learn that the dna profile of an unknown male mixed in her blood at the crime scene was dna matched to Arnell Yearwood

is a DNA match to Arnell Yearwood from a blood sample consisting mostly of Diane Zeleski's blood, but mixed in it is detectable amounts of unkonwn male, evidence that Arnell Yearwood murdered Diane Zeleski?

how is this different from Jonbenet, where in addition to the dna mixed in blood, it matches dna found on her longjohns and they found multiple types of fiber, hair a shoe print, and handwriting on the ransom note?


trasha and the rdi are doing a disservice to jonbenet and to science in promoting their nonsense on their forums.
as i stated before despite what rdi posters pretend, they have no actual qualifications in forensic science, no actual scientific education, no actual knowledge.

trasha and rdi are a lynch mob. they are anti-science, and do not use the same scientific standards that was used to solve the Diane Zeleski case in the Jonbenet ramsey case.

rdi posters are totally and completely ignorant of forensic science, yet they are claiming that the evidence found in the Jonbenet crime scene is not a scintilla of evidence of an intruder, what that same evidence is the evidence intruders have left behind and was recovered in other crime scenes.

the other thing for me is wow, so many murders and i've never heard of them before. will i get murdered? being stabbed to death sounds so painful way to die.
