coronavirus and surgical face masks

in previous years, including as late as dec 2019, i thought about wearing surgical face masks in all public venues as i do not want to catch a cold or flu

the problem is it wasn't socially acceptable, it's kinda weird in the usa, perhaps not in asia, to walk around wearing it.

it's now more acceptable. i may start wearing one in public places.

maybe i will, but spring is almost here.

even as late as dec 2019, i didn't want to stand out and look weird for having a surgical face mask, as this year and previous years i catch a bad cold/flu
which really hurts my lungs and breating.

i think next fall i will wear one at all times, out in public.
