I've wondered whether there are examples of young women drowning due to alcohol.

My take is that there is no Smiley Face serial killer.

Instead, while many of the cases were accidental drownings at least a few were copycats inspired by this urban legend.

I haven't looked at The Smiley Face Killer Thread on topix for much the same reason as that of the
OCCK Thread
