this spring, from Febuary through March April and now May,

I've been taking my Alzheimer's dementia mother for walks outside. this years spring for us has been cooler than average, though it has rained.

but this year 2020 is the year of the COVID 19

in past years during summer, and winter, i take my mother either to the fitness center where she has medicare sponsored free gym, or to malls to walk

mall a/c is esp good. almost so chilly i have to wear long pants and jacket in middle of summer, at least by my standards.

this might sound unbelievable but in the past i kept the a/c around 80F, which i know is much warmer than what most feel comfortable

obviously this summer is different with  COVID 19

not having her walk is bad for health, but then COVID 19 is deadly confused  catch 22
