IMO, the note was written by one of the Ramseys (probably Patsy) with the intention of having the police think that one of John’s coworkers killed her. John also started suggesting that it could have been a former employee at the very beginning of the investigation

Why would an intruder that was planning to kidnap someone wait until they got into the home to write the ransom letter with materials they found in the house?

If anyone can give a logical answer to that I will maaaybe start to believe the family wasn’t involved

And how did they have time to write the ransom novella but not time to take her/her body from the house. Just nope on the intruder theory

just because it was discovered that jb ate pineapple does not indicate that john and pasty were dishonest. jb and burke could’ve easily went into the kitchen themselves and got fruit to eat.

It indicates someone in the Ramsey house is lying. Burke denied it also.

Criminals do all kinds of stupid shit that can't be explained after the fact. That's not a new idea at all.

That’s not an explanation. Explain why someone would break into a house, look for writing materials, start writing a long-winded ransom note that obviously had thought put into it, discard that, and write another long-winded ransom note.

That isn’t “stupid criminal” behavior, it is simply illogical.

Why assume logical behaviour? Someone could be mentally disturbed and guided by vouces etc. Maybe it made sense to them.

Because he had to wait for the Ramseys to come home from a Christmas party, which wound up being several hours. He took advantage of their being all gone from the home to break in, and then had to wait until they came back. So he began to write a “ransom” note, but his only frame of reference was what he’d seen in TV or in the movies.

We’re not talking about a criminal mastermind here. We’re talking about a sick pedophile who was intent on committing a crime but wasn’t too swift in executing the details.

Boil down the basic motive. If a pedophile is lying in wait for a family to return home in order to sexually abuse, kill and hide the body of a child, what purpose would the ransom note serve?

If it was sexually motivated, the ransom doesn’t make sense. If it was financially motivated, leaving the body behind and writing a ransom note on scene doesn’t make sense.

The only thing that makes sense is that the ransom note was subterfuge. And the only people with reason to create subterfuge are the family. Any explanation beyond that requires too much mental gymnastics.

As an aside, I do appreciate your Bob Dylan-inspired user name.

Mr Cruel did exactly this, and make ransom demands and ransom claims but never collected on ransom demands (Sharon Wills, Lower Plenty, Nicola Lynas, Karmein Chan) and left handwritten messages (Karmein Chan)

anyhow,

familial genetic genealogical DNA have been successful in solving crimes.

can an RDI explain what familial genetic genealogical DNA is and how familial genetic genealogical DNA solves crimes, and how to apply this to The Unsolved Murder of JonBenet Ramsey

how does a forensic DNA scientist solve crimes and how does this compare with RDI claims like
