I saw

The Proof Is Out There - Season 2 Episode 13 - Bigfoot Revealed  

It had a special effects artist named Bill Munn, a chinese guy computer expert, and a professor Jeffrey Meldrum.


The comptuer guy combined dozens of copies of the Peterson-Gimlin Bigfoot film then used AI to create a version with as high a resolution as possible, as each copy had a defect, different copies had different defects.

The Peterson Gimlin film was filmed in the 1960s

The Bill Munn guy is a old enough to be alive in the 1960s and claimed that the custome technology was too primitive for Bigfoot.


What I would like to see is an entire season of the Peterson Gimlin film, with SKEPTICS and SKEPTICS with expertise in costumes and SKEPTICS try to reproduce bigfoot in the Peterson Gilmin film.

Bill Munn must be very old.

What I would like to see, and extended over several episodes,

is SKEPTICS present the alternative view, esp in costume design of the 1960s.

finally I would like to see Skeptics try to reproduce this film and costume.

the conclusion of this episode is that this is an authentic film of an unknown creature, bigfoot.

but no skeptics were present and no attempt was made to reproduce Bigfoot

Bill Munn is a special effects expert and of course he claims that this is not a man in  a monkey suit, but there was no

comparable expert to refute this.

ultimately if it is a man in a monkey suit, using 1960s technology it should be possible to reproduce it.

it apparently has never been done, not with 1960s technology.

obviously in 2022, it should be very easy to do, but this was filmed in 1960s.

One compelling evidence which skeptics are free to answer, is that the film shows bigfoot foots and soles and it does not look it has human proportions.




I admit I find this very interesting and compelling for me. there was a biologist who said he was skeptical but this foot print picture really is very hard to explain.

I would like to see say a 12 1 hour long season special with both official skeptics and believers, with expertise in costume technology of 1960s, and then attempts to actually produce a costume similar to this bigfoot plus attempt to actually film it.

actual skeptics with actual expertise.

this show presented believers view point which I admit I find very interesting and compelling.

is it possible using 1960s costume technology reproduce the Paterson gimlin bigfoot film? skeptics will be allowed to do so.

the first couple episodes the history of this film, next episodes believers present their case, then skeptics,

then finally try to reproduce this bigfoot using 1960s costume technology under direction of actual costume experts and actors.
