Anti-K, this whole forum has example after example after example that an intruder did not commit this crime.

No one can show one scintilla of evidence of an intruder.

As owner, I do my best to stay out of actual discussions about a crime.

The JBR case is the one expection.

Websleuths is a leader in true crime information as well as discussion. People come here to get information. It is imperative we deal with the facts. Not fantasy.

All I ask for are facts and a logical connecting of the dots. Logic and facts.

When I get time I will be going through the forum to make sure the JonBenet Ramsey forum is being held up to the high standards just like all our other forums on Websleuths.

The days of allowing anyone to post anything because it's part of their "theory" are gone. Facts and logic. Very simple.

the following individuals liked these baseless assertions

Aynia, BOESP, CorallaroC, cynic, elannia, gramcracker, Love143, midwest mama, mochii, questfortrue, SuperDave, Tawny

let's get something clear, for someone, tricia cynic et all, to claim they have "studied" this case, and there is not a scintilla of evidence proves only one thing, that they are a lynch mob, nothing more.

these individuals have never, not once, ever studied forensic science. there are many examples of this. superdave cynic tricia are esp embarrassing in that they promote cina wong, which shows they have never studied forensic handwriting. it is particularly appalling superdave liked Tricia comments as i explained to superdave the daubert standard and expert witness on handwrtiting. expert witness is evidence.

Trails of Evidence: How Forensic Science Works (Great Courses) DVD-ROM – 2012
by Prof. Elizabeth Murray (Author)

Crime is as old as human society. So is the use of evidence, witnesses, and reason to solve crimes. The desire to identify lawbreakers and bring them to justice is so great that it has inspired countless stories, novels, plays, movies, and television series. But how accurate are the fictional portrayals of crime investigations? What happens behind the scenes when forensic scientists crack a case? The actual details are far more than a lesson in how detective dramas often get it wrong. Knowing how real forensic investigators approach real cases will help you serve as a better juror in a criminal trial or civil lawsuit; be a more effective witness if you ever see a crime take place or are a victim of one; sharpen your analysis of the endless array of crime reports that fill the news; think more critically in assessing the value of different types of evidence; learn about a wide range of technical fields that all come to bear in the investigation of crime. What's more, an introduction to the principles of forensic science and a look at some case studies will give you a new appreciation for law enforcement, which in recent decades has seen a revolution in its ability to determine who committed a crime, how it was done, and often, why. Taught by veteran forensic scientist and Professor Elizabeth A. Murray of the College of Mount St. Joseph, Trails of Evidence: How Forensic Science Works takes you from the crime scene to the lab to the courtroom in 36 riveting half-hour lectures that reveal the personality and passions of an investigative mind.

let's get something clear. i exposed superdave and his total lack of understanding of the case. over at crimeshots. and cynic. and cherokee.

no RDI, not tricia not cherokee not cynic not anyone, has ever studied and familiarized themselves with forensic science. not a single one.

it's simply appalling that tricia heads the most influential forum on jonbenet, yet she has never not once ever familiarized herself with forensic science.  not once in over 2 decades has she ever sat down and studied forensic science. all those idiots liking her post are also culpable.

as stated above, dna is evidence, fiber is evidence, shoeprint is evidence, unsourced items are evidence, expert witness testimony is evidence. they all point to an intruder.

6 handwriting experts examined the originals concluded patsy most likely did not write the ransom note. that is evidence of an intruder.

tricia and cynic superdave and cherokee et al, rather than studying the science of forensic handwriting and linguistics, simply ignores them, claims there is not a scintillia of evidence of an intruder, then promote crackpot fringe like cina wong, whose testimony was already debunked in the Carnes decision.

it's truly appalling.

when kristen lindsey posted a pic of her killing a cat, the cat lovers are outrage.

if you really understand forensic science, the ignorance of tricia superdave cynic et al is even more appalling.
