for those who have been following the  JonBenet Ramsey case, they was DNA found on  JonBenet Ramsey clothing which shows that an intruder murdered  JonBenet Ramsey, specifically an intruder represents the best scientific explanation for the presence of foreign DNA on  JonBenet Ramsey clothing.

recently, both the Golden State Killer Joseph James DeAngelo and  cold case March 26, 1986, Michella Welch age 12 Tacoma Washington

suspects were both identified  via genealogical DNA, DNA via ancestor.

now let's review RDI denialist claims

owner of both websleuth and forumsforjustice in her 12 days of christmas Jonbenet she has a day spent on DNA where she claims DNA is not evidence of an intruder

Anti-K, this whole forum has example after example after example that an intruder did not commit this crime.

No one can show one scintilla of evidence of an intruder.

As owner, I do my best to stay out of actual discussions about a crime.

The JBR case is the one expection.

Websleuths is a leader in true crime information as well as discussion. People come here to get information. It is imperative we deal with the facts. Not fantasy.

All I ask for are facts and a logical connecting of the dots. Logic and facts.

When I get time I will be going through the forum to make sure the JonBenet Ramsey forum is being held up to the high standards just like all our other forums on Websleuths.

The days of allowing anyone to post anything because it's part of their "theory" are gone. Facts and logic. Very simple.

this is her qualifications

Host Tricia Griffith is a veteran radio disc jockey and owner of Websleuths.com and owner of Forums for Justice.org.

in other words she has ZERO qualifications in forensic science. she has no training in forensic fiber, trace evidence, DNA yet she claims

suppose that they do a geneological DNA check on the DNA and through ancestry and related kin DNA, they find a person whose DNA is related to the DNA found on JonBenet Ramsey.

Should this person be investigated?

suppose they identify the person whose DNA was actually found on Jonbenet's clothing.

Is this person a suspect and should they be investigated?

imagine they find this suspect identified via DNA has hi-tech shoes that exactly matches the shoe print found in the basement near Jonbenet's body was found.

is this evidence?

Suppose they find nylon cord identical to the cord found on Jonbenet in the suspect's home, as well as tape identical to the tape found on Jonbenet's mouth. the cord and tape has fiber and trace evidence that exactly matches the ligature and tape found in the crime scene

is this evidence?

they find a missing piece of paintbrush that exactly matches the missing piece that was used to fashion the garrote from Patsy's paintbrush tote.

is this evidence?

they find handwriting samples that experts say is a match to the Jonbenet handwriting ransom note,

is this evidence of an intruder?

as i mentioned previously, in the judgment of highly qualified and trained forensic DNA scientists, trained and qualified under the Daubert
Standard,

DNA is evidence, it is evidence an intruder committed the sexual assault and murder of JonBenet Ramsey

neiher tricia griffith delmar england cherokee cynic over at forumsforjustice or websleuth are truthfully representing the scientific value of that forensic evidence

back in the day roy23 on websleuth would emphasize this with no success to that cult mob

and one way of identifying this suspect as shown in the recent success of GSK and Michelle Welch is to do a geneological DNA analysis. to find possible relatives

RDI of course are not interested in justice, just some bizarre crucify the Ramsey lynch mob  and smear campaign

places the opinions of posters who have never studied any forensic science in any capacity, and Tricia herself has never studied forensic science, above those with actual scientific experts, and she calls this "justice"

this was how GSK was solved

On May 10, the Santa Barbara County District Attorney's office charged DeAngelo with four additional counts of first-degree murder for the four killings believed to be committed by the Golden State Killer in that county.[143] Before the arrest, law enforcement uploaded the Golden State Killer's DNA profile from an intact rape kit in Ventura County[144][145] to the Florida-based personal genomics website GEDmatch.[146] The website identified 10 to 20 distant relatives of the Golden State Killer (sharing the same great-great-great grandparents), from whom a team of five investigators constructed a large family tree. They identified two suspects in the case (one of whom was ruled out by a relative's DNA test), leaving DeAngelo the main suspect.[147] On April 18, a surreptitious DNA sample was collected from the driver's-side door handle of a car DeAngelo was seen driving which was parked in a Hobby Lobby parking lot in Roseville, California. Five days later, another DNA sample was collected from a tissue found in DeAngelo's curbside garbage can.[148] Both samples were consistent with the Orange and Ventura County suspect profiles. About four months elapsed between the first matches on GEDmatch and DeAngelo's arrest.[19]

should investigators also attempt to identify 10 to 20 distant relatives of the Jonbenet-DNA using this method?

if not why not?
