In my view, the simlarities between Mr Cruel's known crimes, such as targetting Sharon Wills in her own home Dec 26, 27, 1988 and JonBenet Ramsey, bringing with him dark colored tape and white nylon ligature, which he binds wrists, and applying tape to victim's face, sexual motivation is compelling enough to say there is a case linkage match

one person claim Mr Cruel never left a handwritten ransom note, ignoring that Mr. Cruel demanded money and made ransom demands in his known crimes, and left handwritten message in at least 1 crime.

now, there are differences to be sure. this skeptic on reddit point out that Mr Cruel applies tape on victim's eyes, but JBR had no tape on her eyes, but tape on her mouth. I pointed out Mr Cruel applied a ball gag on victim's mouth, and that the fact he applies tape on his victims is a compelling MO match.

he thinks that's ridiculous and there's a world of difference between 1 home invading pedophile intruder on dec 26-27 applying tape on the eyes, and using white nylon ligature and making ransom demands vs JBR on dec 25-26, applying tape on the mouth, and using white nylon ligature and writing a ransom note.

according to him, applying tape that the intruder brought in with him on the eyes, vs mouth rules out Mr Cruel. yeah whatever.

if he wants to think that he can. he repeatedly claims i've provided no evidence, so the evidence i've provided, home invading pedophile intruder on dec 26-27 applying tape on the eyes, and using white nylon ligature and making ransom demands, plus applying tape on the face using ligature tying victims to bed via wrists is no evidence.

i don't think he's being genuine.

he looks at 1 thing and say, it's not identical therefore no match, you're wrong.

anyhow,

Chapter 16 - Applied Case Linkage Analysis

B.E.TurveyJ.Freeman

Abstract

Case linkage, also referred to as linkage analysis, is the process of determining whether there are discrete connections, or distinctive behavioral factors, that associate two or more previously unrelated cases by means of crime scene analysis. It involves establishing and comparing the physical evidence, victimology, crime scene characteristics, motivation, modus operandi (MO), and signature behaviors of each of the cases under review. It also requires consideration of both behavioral similarities and dissimilarities. Case linkage is used in two separate and very different contexts: investigative and forensic.

this poster looks at one thing, applying tape he brought in, in the case of mr cruel, and applying it to the eyes and using a ball gag for the mouth, vs JBR having tape on her mouth, similar dark colored tape described as eletrical or duct tape,

and immediately saying, totally different things no match your theory is debunked, when clearly,

It also requires consideration of both behavioral similarities and dissimilarities.

he says my mr cruel theory has more holes than swiss cheese lol.

Abstract

Case linkage or linkage analysis refers to the process of determining whether or not there are discrete connections between two or more previously unrelated cases through crime scene analysis. It involves establishing and comparing the physical evidence, victimology, crime scene characteristics, modus operandi (MO), and signature behaviors between each of the cases under review. It has two purposes: (1) to assist law enforcement with the application of their finite resources by helping to establish where to apply investigative efforts and (2) to assist the court in determining whether or not there is sufficient behavioral evidence to suggest a common scheme or plan in order to address forensic issues, such as whether similar crimes may be tried together or whether uncharged acts may be brought in as evidence. A criminal's modus operandi is composed of learned behaviors that can evolve and develop over time. It can be refined, as an offender becomes more experienced, sophisticated, and confident. It can also become less competent and less skillful over time, decompensating by virtue of an offender's deteriorating mental state or increased used of controlled substances. The concept of signature is used to describe more distinctive behaviors committed by offenders that serve their psychological and emotional needs. Through an analysis and interpretation of a particular offender's signature behaviors, in combination with other elements such as MO and victimology, criminal profilers may link cases and develop an understanding of an offender's motive for committing the crime. It is common for police agencies to use their examinations of offender behavior and informal linkage analysis to assist with their investigations. However, linkage analysis is often used to close unsolved cases and to suggest offender guilt in court in the absence of reliable physical evidence. The use of linkage analysis in a forensic context is problematic at best and can even be irresponsible. This is especially true when analysts suggest that behavioral connections between crime scenes are as certain as DNA. (PsycINFO Database Record (c) 2019 APA, all rights reserved)

i feel talking to him is a waste of my time.

but

A criminal's modus operandi is composed of learned behaviors that can evolve and develop over time. It can be refined, as an offender becomes more experienced, sophisticated, and confident. It can also become less competent and less skillful over time, decompensating by virtue of an offender's deteriorating mental state or increased used of controlled substances.

Mr Cruel after Karmein Chan more experienced, sophisticated, and confident.

and Mr Cruel actually changed his MO significantly from each and every crime.

he got better, as stated by investigators, more skillful.

he actually doesn't use the same MO from each of his known crimes.

so the differences between Mr Cruel and JBR

1- he got better, more skillful,

2- JBR lived in a much larger house than his previous victims, opening up possibilities of sneaking around while everyone was sleeping

3- Mr Cruel was in the USA and far from home, requiring he also make changes in his MO

4- Mr Cruel realized he underestimated how much information each of his surviving victims provided, and realized he must kill his victims, Karmein chan and JBR
