Australia's Mr. Cruel left Australia in 1996 by plane and was vacationing  (or work or family) in Boulder Colorado in 1996  when he learned of child beauty pageants and developed a fascination with

Jonbenet Ramsey.




He had previously abducted and killed 8 year old Eloise Worledge












and in Boulder Colorado he set his sights on Jonbenet Ramsey using techniques he perfected in Melbourne Australia.

Mr Cruel likes girls and he knows how to enter an occupied house at night to have sex with little girls and make ransom demands but his actual interest is sexual

RDI claim why would an intruder leave a ransom note with a body, because then it becomes impossible to collect on the ransom. Well Mr Cruel made ransom demands but his actual interest was sexual pedophile. RDI point out that no phone was made for the ransom demand, but Mr Cruel also did not make phone calls for ransom demands.


My scientific prediction, one that can be falsified, is that the unknown male DNA on Jonbenet is Mr. Cruel's

this scientific prediction can be verified or falsified by obtaining Mr Cruel's reference DNA sample and comparing it to the unknown DNA found on Jonbenet.

Genetic Genealogy using Australia's public DNA database could identify the perp.
