9 is of course between 8 and 10, and the same-author theory would explain why he picked 8-10 on the RN. both uses the word "tomorrow". the second phrase is to instruct on delivery. in the phone call he gives instructions on the delivery - a letter for immunity. in the RN it is for Jonbenet, in the call, he would give polaroid pictures

Speaking to anyone about your situation, such as Police, F.B.I., etc., will result in your daughter being beheaded. If we catch you talking to a stray dog, she dies. in the RN he's saying that what happens next is entirely up to John. If John screws up, then it's over. In the phone call, he's saying if Dr. Danto wants to terminate then he can. He called Dr. Danto stupid, and he warned John not to grow a brain. Both suggests a lack of understanding. Dr. Danto was with a police officer under cover of course.

in both Jonbenet and Dr. Danto, there was a no show.

the RN states he has something of value to John Ramsey, her daughter, and tells a long winded story. "Allan" believed to be the OCCK killer himself, claims he has something of value for Dr. Danto, polariod photos that proves the crimes in exchange for legal immunity. In doing so he opened up certain topics to be explored, and many of these topics are also present in the RN.

It's clear to me that the OCCK letter Allan and Jonbenet Ransom note is the same author. The implications is that yes, the OCCK killer wrote the Allan letter AND called Dr. Danto, and yes he also murdered Jonbenet.
