Jacqueline Gray was just 19 when the SUV she was in apparently had a break failure on July 3rd, 2016 Sunday night 10pm  to watch fireworks and hit a telephone pole and parked car, just 50 yards from her home. She was fatally injured and died overnight on July 4th







the driver jumped out, and Jacqueline also apparently attempted to jump out of the vehicle which is what killed her.

the sad thing is she just started her period, and she had been using pads, but switched to tampons bc she is a swimmer. sadly that decision costed her life. tampons can kill.

Destiny Stafford January 31, 2000 - July 27, 2015 was just 15 when she was thrown off a spooked horse and as she got up the horse kicked in the head by a horse she was riding, resulting in her becoming instantly brain dead. she was a christian and her church did pray for her, but she died anyway.

Family members who came out to cheer for the 16-year-old girl are now coming to terms with the fact that her young life was cut so short.
'It was her time to go,” dad David Gallagher told WTVR. “Her last act of life was an accomplishment.”

Cameron was a sophomore at Douglas Freeman High School. She was an active teen who won awards for competitive swimming. She had trained for the half marathon for nine weeks with her best friend Abby Donelson.

The pair completed Sunday’s race side-by-side. Cameron’s parents said their daughter looked excited at mile three. But by mile 10, she was noticeably tired.
When she crossed the finish line after 2 hours and 19 minutes, Cameron was all smiles. But 50 yards later, her health began to deteriorate.

"I went to hug her," Donelson says. "We were walking away with our arms around each other and she said like 'I'm going to pass out.' And then she just kind of went down."

Cameron Gallagher was a bright and talented teenager. Although ever-smiling, she faced her own personal battles with depression and anxiety. She began to grow weary of keeping her struggles a private battle, and knew that there were many teens just like her who were in great pain behind closed doors. Her dream was to create a 5k race in her community to raise awareness of teenage depression. She began making plans for the race, and titled the race the SpeakUp5k in order to draw attention to the issue of teen depression. She wanted to let other teens like herself know that it was okay to “SpeakUp” about their personal battles.

During this time, Cameron also set a personal goal for herself and began training for the Shamrock Half Marathon. On March 16, 2014, sixteen-year-old Cameron completed her goal of finishing the race, and passed away suddenly from an undiagnosed heart condition after crossing the finish line.

Almost four months later, David and Grace Gallagher now know what caused the death of their 16-year-old daughter Cameron Gallagher: A heart condition called cardiac arrhythmia.

“Which is a condition where the electrical impulses in your heart stop. And that happened right after the race,” said David Gallagher.

Cameron had just completed the Shamrock Half Marathon in Virginia Beach when she suddenly collapsed. She later died in the hospital.

“Grace and I are convinced that this was something of a freak occurrence because of Cameron’s long, athletic background.”

Cameron played basketball as a kid, ran with her family, and as a teen–competed on a swim team.

“And really had no symptoms of any heart conditions.”

In fact, her parents say Cameron had been tested about a year before for any heart conditions…and everything came back fine.

“We’re shocked by this, it’s probably the big thing because of Cameron’s athletic history.”

Now, the family wants to get some genetic testing done to see what could’ve led to the cardiac arrhythmia.

“And the reason we want to do that, is to see if our other children might have any type of condition that they need to be aware of,” said David Gallagher.

Cameron Gallagher in a physical in the prior months actually did have her heart tested with an ekg which revealed no abnormalities. she ran a half marathon and she died. after her death doctors said she had an undiagnosed heart arrhythmia.

On july 23 2016, 12am midnight Mariah Contreras left this world in fatal accident, Mariah was a 15 year girl from willcox Az.. she had just graduated 8th grade and was looking foward to starting high school. Mariah Contreras was 15 when she played chicken with a group of teens with a train. the goal of the game is to get as close to a speeding train as possible, then jumping out of the way. Mariah Contreras was unable to react in time and was struck by a train and killed.

Samaria Kay Motyka December 28, 2011 ~ Friday, July 22, 2016 (age 4)

A woman who left a 4-year-old girl in a hot, locked car for more than six hours has been charged with the child's death.

Brittany Renee Borgess, 28, of South Williamsport, was arraigned Thursday on involuntary manslaughter and other charges stemming from the death of Samaria Motyka.

Burgess was committed to the Lycoming County Prison in lieu of $95,000 bail.

The 4-year-old was found unresponsive on the floorboards of the front passenger side of Borgess' car in the 500 block of West Fourth Street about 3:30 p.m. on July 22.

An autopsy indicated the girl died from prolonged exposure to excessive heat in the vehicle.

Police said they were told the girl's core temperature while attempts were made to revive her at Williamsport Medical Center was 110 degrees.

The outside temperature in Williamsport that day reached a high of 97 and officials estimated it was in the triple digits inside the car.

A co-worker, who responded to Borgess' yell for help when she discovered Samaria, told police when she picked up the girl, she "was completely soaked and felt like she pulled her out of a swimming pool."

Borgess had lived with the girl's father, William Motyka, for about three years and they planned to marry, police said.

Her responsibilities, according to the arrest affidavit, included taking Samaria and another child to day cares.

Det. Raymond O. Kontz III, in his arrest affidavit, gave this summary of his interview with Borgess:  

She had gotten her seven-year-old daughter off to school and then dropped off her two-year-old son at a day care.

Instead of taking Samaria to her day care in South Williamsport, Borgess drove to work.

She backed into a parking stall, retrieved a few items from the front passenger seat, locked the car and went inside, leaving Samaria in the car.

Borgess claims the girl did not say anything after telling her brother good bye at his day care.

She indicated she had "forgotten the kids in the past" and that one time she showed up for work with all three in the car, the affidavit states.

She told Kontz she was distracted on July 22 because she was running late for work, which the detective said he learned was common.

Ashlyn Flegel, 12, of Pewaukee Wisconsin was riding her bicycle when she hit by a car and killed Tuesday July 19th, 2016 at 7:40am to summer school.  She was in the hospital and finally died on July 27, 2016. she was set to start 7th grade in the fall, 2016.










the news reports state "According to a witness, Flegel was traveling northbound on Apple Tree Lane approaching Prospect Avenue when her bicycle traveled through the stop sign into the path of a vehicle eastbound on Prospect Avenue. The vehicle, a Honda Civic, struck the bicycle on Prospect Avenue, the Waukesha County Sheriff is reporting. The operator of the vehicle is a 34–year-old female also from Pewaukee. Flegel sustained serious injuries and was transported by Flight for Life to Children’s Hospital." "

Statements from witnesses have indicated the 12-year-old never stopped as she was going down a hill, and went through a stop sign.  Witness statements have indicated the driver was facing the sun at the time of the crash." she lived for another week before finally dying.

safety lesson i think bicycling is too dangerous on roads to easy to run into a car with instantly fatal consequences.  personally i'll only bicycle on trails where there are no cars or sidewalks.

Hannah Elizabeth Jolley  8 contracted an e coli infection around July 14, 2016 she was rushed to the hospital and died from hemolytic uremic syndrome 5 days later on July 19.








safety lesson:  life is very fragile. you can get sick and die at any time from any bug. e coli can be bad for you. practice food safety precautions and listen to any food recall due to e coli or salmonella or anything in the news. only eat food that is well cooked, hopefully the cooking kills bad germs.

Samantha Spigel, 17 when she went for a swim in a river Snoqualmie River’s North Fork in Washington state. she went down and never resurfaced. her lifeless body was recovered.





this is yet another 17 who died. imo swimming without a lifeguard is too dangerous. i would prefer only to swim in a swimming pool with 2 lifeguard, in clear water, no brain eating ameobas. rivers have strong currents that pulled this victim under.

Jewel Lackey 18-month-old girl from Sylacauga drowned in a submerged car in the Coosa River on Saturday night July 242016, her mother drove a car took wrong turn drove off a boat ramp directly into water. she and her bf were able to escape but they could not rescue Jewel, who drowned. car was found 120 feet from bank under 15 feet of water.








The mother’s cousin, Krista Davis, says the family is grieving their loss together.  She provided a statement to WBRC:

   Today I witnessed one of the hardest moments ever as a mother told her sons that their baby sister was not coming home. She is the best mother I know. Her house is often filled with the sound of children as she loves spending time with not only her own children but their friends and others as well. She is a strong single Mom who works hard to provide for her children them. Please know that she and her boyfriend made a valiant effort to rescue this baby girl who was the light of her mother's eyes. They are overwhelmingly distraught. Please do not rush to judge but lift our family in prayers as we face the coming days. She is surrounded by an enormous network of friends and family to help cope with the tragic unexpected loss of this most precious, beautiful baby girl! Jewel was a joy to anyone around her and will be missed beyond comprehension. Please be respectful of the family and allow them to grieve.

The crash occurred early Saturday morning in the area of Cactus Blossom Drive and N. Heatherwilde Blvd. When first responders arrived at the scene they found the wreckage to be on fire. Wisehart was unable to escape her vehicle. She was pronounced dead at the scene.

no mention if alcohol is involved. 3am is late to be driving. i'm gonna try to avoid driving so early in the morning.
