forumsforjustice.org claims to be a forum that promotes justice in the  JonBenet Ramsey, but the posters there are all completely and woefully ignorant of basic forensic science. none of them, not a single one of them have ever studied any forensics.

since they have zero forensic science education, their claims

scientifically ignorant and profoundly irresponsible claims like

b. an idiot

c. corrupt

or

d. all of the above

Rereading cynic’s profoundly expressed synopsis from December 2014, we know not to expect anything from JonBenét’s family. And it’s generally accepted that JonBenét’s case will never see a courtroom.

Nonetheless there have been trail markers this year; trail markers that lead us to the same place we always end up. The culpability is still at the doorstep of those who lived at 755 15th Street.

Worth recounting are such announcements as:

-The tDNA finally publicly debunked, exposing DA ML’s actions. (A columnist named her not just incompetent, but willfully derelict.)

questfortrue does not say it here but in her other post along with koldkase, they cite Paul Campos

presumably this columnist is Paul Campos,

this is Paul Campos CV

Educational Background:
J.D.   University of Michigan Law School   1989
M.A.   University of Michigan   1983
A.B.   University of Michigan   1982

. His graduate studies in English literature, which culminated in a thesis on Shakespeare's King Lear, provided him with rigorous training in literary theory that has been helpful in his current work in constitutional interpretation.

let's review the relevant qualifications of an expert witness

In 2011, Rule 702 was again amended to make the language clearer. The rule now reads:

RULE 702. TESTIMONY BY EXPERT WITNESSES
A witness who is qualified as an expert by knowledge, skill, experience, training, or education may testify in the form of an opinion or otherwise if:
   (a) The expert’s scientific, technical, or other specialized knowledge will help the trier of fact to understand the evidence or to determine a fact in issue;
   (b) The testimony is based on sufficient facts or data;
   (c) The testimony is the product of reliable principles and methods; and
   (d) The expert has reliably applied the principles and methods to the facts of the case.

questfortrue  cherokee kodlkase cynic et al,

are presenting Paul Campos as an expert witness, and that his training in William Shakespeare and a law degree from Univ of Michigan
qualified Paul Campos to comment on DNA and  "debunk" DNA for its forensic value.

Paul Campos by his own admission studied

His graduate studies in English literature, which culminated in a thesis on Shakespeare's King Lear, provided him with rigorous training in literary theory that has been helpful in his current work in constitutional interpretation

makes Paul Campos an expert witness in forensic DNA and therefore debunks tDNA, and that is how those forumsforjustice posters are promoting "justice" in the JonBenet Ramsey case.

let's revisit what Cherokee said

while Paul Campos certainly wrote a column attacking Mary Lacy exoneration letter, so you could call it "documented" how is it "evidence"

While Mary Lacy is not a DNA expert, her letter explicitly states her office consulted with forensic DNA experts

the following is an example of the CV of a forensic DNA expert qualifications in forming expert witness testimony employed by Bode, BPD, CBI, DPFL, FBI, who not only found this DNA but them provided them testimony

Does Paul Campos have these scientific expert witness credentials? NO he does not. therefore this Shakespeare english literature major, who by his own admission never studied any science either as undergraduate or as a law student, claim the tDNA is debunked has zero evidentiarary value.

do any posters on forumsforjustice.org have any credentials similar to this? clearly not.

the posters that comprise  forumsforjustice.org are deceiving the public

now i'm going to take this moment to educate the public,

one ore more forensic DNA expert, who has been consulted with the Jonbenet case file may offer expert witness testimony as to the scientific value of this tDNA and in their expert witness testimony, it is scientifically valid evidence of an intruder under Daubert
