Forensic File II CSI effect and JonBenet Ramsey

I've stated in this blog that using the same type of science as presented in the Forensic Files and Forensic File II leads to the conclusion of an intruder.
one poster on reddit claimed that using forensics to solve this case such as DNA is an example of the CSI effect.
he then offered a link as to what the CSI effect is and therefore, the Ramseys did it.
is this correct?
is the use of science as demonstrated in Forensic Files and Forensic File II appropriate or is it an example of the CSI effect?
tl dr this RDI poster as all RDI posters is ignorant and misapplying the CSi effect.
