today I learn my blood pressure is around 160/120 :(

I haven't been checking my blood pressure regularly.
Today I was at CVS and they had an automatic machine so I checked and it read out
160/120
I tried thinking calm thoughts and I was able to get it down to 145/110
about 10 minutes later.
maybe I will be dead soon. I plan to get in touch with doctors soon.
