Anti-K, this whole forum has example after example after example that an intruder did not commit this crime.
No one can show one scintilla of evidence of an intruder.
As owner, I do my best to stay out of actual discussions about a crime.
The JBR case is the one expection.
Websleuths is a leader in true crime information as well as discussion. People come here to get information. It is imperative we deal with the facts. Not fantasy.
All I ask for are facts and a logical connecting of the dots. Logic and facts.
When I get time I will be going through the forum to make sure the JonBenet Ramsey forum is being held up to the high standards just like all our other forums on Websleuths.
The days of allowing anyone to post anything because it's part of their "theory" are gone. Facts and logic. Very simple.
this is her qualifications
Host Tricia Griffith is a veteran radio disc jockey and owner of Websleuths.com and owner of Forums for Justice.org.
in other words she has ZERO qualifications in forensic science. she has no training in forensic fiber, trace evidence, DNA yet she claims

this is an example of pure ignorance.
real science is based on observation.
there have been other instances of a home invasion home intruder crime.
in other crimes based on home invasion, home intruder, what evidence do they recover, and how does it compare with Jonbenet crime scene?
I just watched People Magazine Investigates S02E04 Connecticut Horror
One summer night in 2007, the Petit family is woken up by two strangers in their quiet Connecticut home; suddenly, these four family members find themselves being held hostage and in a fight for their lives.
I've never heard of this crime before, I've heard of Travyon Martin and Mike Brown, and even Justine Damond, but I've not heard this one.
you can watch it here
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3Mv8znlDLs8
it features 2 actual home invading burglars, 2 home invading intruders, and both the items they brought with them and the evidence they left behind
Steven Hayes and joshua komisarjevsky
items they brought with them include ligature, tape and a baseball bat, and they entered through the Petit family basement window which were recovered at the crime scene
should ligature, tape and a baseball bat be considered evidence of a home invasion home intruder in the Petit family case?
What about the Jonbenet Ramsey case?
these 3 Petit
died during a home invasion
they were killed by these 2 home intruders
their original intention was burglary for money.
both were home invasion burglars for money and have spent time in prison. they were both experienced in home invasion and robbery.
again I've never heard of this crime before today.
the documentary is worth watching. my heart was pounding. it was like watching an exciting crime movie really, since i've never heard of the Petit family nor this crime from Connecticut i didn't know the outcome.
if you want to watch it go ahead, but what follows are spoilers. when i saw it i had no idea how it would unfold.
Petit family murder intruder JonBenet Ramsey intruder and tricia griffith delmar england anti-science claims
Michaela Petit was 11. one of the killers/burglars saw her with her mother at the local grocery store and followed them home, in the day time, but then called his buddy to arrange a hit later in the night.
When they arrived at the Petit home in the middle of the night, they brought with them ligature, tape, and a baseball bat.
how does this compare with what evidence was found in JonBenet Ramsey crime scene.
They improvised. they did NOT bring a ransom note, but one the spot they improvised and made the mother write one for the bank when it opened in the morning.
they threaten to kill unless demands were met and they wanted money.
they entered silent and undetected through the basement window.
again both were experienced burglars with a long rap sheet, both on parole
their original plan was to creep to the bedroom of the entire family, tie them up, demand money then leave with money, but with family alive.
they initially wore masks and blind folded 3 of them.
this plan was immediately spoiled when they met Dr. Petis the father on the couch. they had 2 decisions, give up up and walk out or beat Dr. Petis senseless with the baseball bat they brought with them.
they went for option 2, beat him senseless, then tied him up with ligature they had brought with them and entered into the home. they put him the basement.
would such ligature be sourced to the Petit home? was the ligature on Jonbenet sourced to the Ramsey home?
they beat the father, a medical doctor and endrocrinologist diabetes expert Dr. Petit badly while he was sleeping on the coach.
amazingly they didn't wake up the mother and 2 daughters.
all 4 family members, father mother and 2 daughters were caught completely sound asleep in their bed (coach in case of father) when they were tied up and blindfolded. it was in their beds , sleeping that they were tied up and sound asleep.
this was a burgarly for money, but while they were waiting for banks to open, one of the burglars sexually molested 11 year old Michaela, touching her then taking photos of Michaela, 11 nude and undressed.
entirely possible that someone has nude photos of a molested Jonbenet
Michaela Petit age 11
was restrained with ligature. She was disrobed and undressed, and her genital s were touched by joshua komisarjevsky,.
If they could test her clothing, her pants, her underwear, what would they find?
If they find DNA via touch DNA, would you explain this as a factory worker sneeze?
would you find joshua komisarjevsky on a single article of clothing or multiple articles?
Given the sexual nature of his assault, the fact Michaela Petit age 11 was disrobed, her pants and under wear was pulled down by joshua komisarjevsky, where would you expect to find his touch DNA on that clothing?
How does this compare with where they found DNA in Jonbenet Ramsey?
again they recovered photos of joshua komisarjevsky, disrobing and then touching Michaela Petit age 11 from his cell phone, and he confessed.
presumably there was no need to test for DNA.
but suppose they did test Michaela Petit clothing for dna, specifically touch DNA, and they find touch DNA that on Michaela Petit clothing, on her underwear and pants, that match joshua komisarjevsky in the same exact location that was found on Jonbenet's clothing.
would finding such DNA on Michaela Petit clothing, in those locations in context of a sexual assault, be considered a scintilla of evidence?
joshua komisarjevsky has a criminal history of home invasion burglarly and he liked to set things on fire, but he is not known to engage in any sexual offenses and same is true for Steven Hayes. neither are known to have killed anyone prior. so in effect their decision to kill was the result of their plan being disturbed by finding Dr. Petit on the coach just as they entered through the basement, rather than in the bedroom where they expected it.
since Steven Hayes and joshua komisarjevsky
2 actual home intruders who brought with them ligature and cord, tape, and a baseball bat, would those items be considered evidence of a home intruder?
given that in the Jonbenet crime scene they found igature and cord, tape, and a baseball bat, along with shoe print and unidentified fibers and DNA, would that also be considered evidence of an intruder?
part of the plan, which mirros the jonbenet ransom note was that one of the 2 went with the mother to the nearest bank right as it opened at 9am to collect $15, 000 in ransom money, based on ransom demands. they did not however arrive at the crime scene with one already written. this of course refutes major RDI bullshit about ransom note not being written before hand and why ransom note with body.
he warned the mother that if they attempt to contact police she and her children and husband would die, which did happen, except the father managed to escape
they set the house on fire and attempted to escape but were unsuccessful.
what would be a scientifically compelling reason that the cord ligature tape and shoe prints and any touch DNA in the Petit family crime scene is evidence of an intruder, but finding similar evidence in the Jonbenet crime scene is no evidence of an intruder?
Tricia Griffith Delmar England and all the RDI on forumsforjustice websleuth reddit are all scientifically illiterate and incompetent
