On Thursday night Graciela and Gino Cattarossi were sleeping in their peaceful condo overlooking the ocean - happy parents and grandparents. In the other room was Graciela and Stella Cattarossi who have lived there with Gino & Graciela since Stella was born. Visiting was Graciela’s sister Andrea from Argentina. All of them are still missing due to the tragic collapse of the building.

16-year-old Kailey James, of Richmond, was driving a 2004 Pontiac Grand Am northbound on County Road 9 when she left the roadway at a curve and struck a utility pole. died in a single-vehicle crash in central Minnesota on July 1, 2021 James was pronounced dead at the scene. She was the only person in the vehicle.

Baker was 9 when she went missing Feb. 7, 1999.

Baker left home on a rainy afternoon to walk the family dog near the Kettering Recreation Complex. The dog was found, but Baker never returned.

Christian Gabriel served six years in prison for gross abuse of a corpse and tampering with evidence after confessing to driving a van that struck the girl near the intersection of Glengarry Drive and Powhattan Place in Kettering.

Gabriel has said that because he and passenger Jan Franks had criminal records, he put Erica inside the van and took off instead of calling for help.

Gabriel has pointed investigators to some locations where nothing has been found. After being released from prison in 2011, Gabriel hasn’t given any other clues. Franks died of a drug overdose in 2001

A 10-year-old Malad girl died after she was struck by a large rock kicked up off the road.

Kambrie Horsley was driving with her dad, the county coroner, at the time of the incident Monday, according to a county news release. A semi-truck launched a big rock through the Horsley’s oncoming pickup truck windshield and it hit Kambrie.

Officers were called to the Jacobson house in Baytown Township just after 2 p.m. July 27 on a report that a girl inside the house “had been choking and was purple,” according to police reports. “The caller stated she may have strangled herself.”

Camilla was taken by ambulance to Regions Hospital in St. Paul and transferred to Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare in St. Paul, where she was pronounced dead two days later, police said

A car, driven by 18-year old Emma Michels, was entering the train crossing at the same time the train was.

Authorities say the train's whistle was performing correctly and the crossing's red flashing lights and bell were activated and performing correctly.

Emma was taken to Allen Hospital along with her 15-year old sister, Kate Michels, who was seated in the front passenger side seat/

Kate was eventually flown to Iowa City by helicopter and died from her injuries at UIHC on Sunday.

Doctors told Erikah and Wayne that certain viruses, including COVID-19 and the common cold, can cause heart infections like this. Erikah said the biggest shock is Neveah had passed a sports physical and had begun cheerleading practice a few weeks earlier without any problems.

“Neveah was a healthy child and never had any major medical issues before this,” Erikah said. “She loved cheerleading, horseback riding and spending time with her dogs.”

Wayne said she was shy at first but would open up and become really funny with her friends and family. Nevaeh was always willing to help people during cheer practice or make the horse barn welcoming to new young riders.

“She thought nobody liked her, and I wish, I hope she can see how many people love her,” Erikah said. “Don’t take the people you love for granted and love everybody. Life is short, and we never know. It can change in an instant.”

Thursday night marked the first game Summers would’ve cheered in as a sophomore at St. Albans High School but instead, balloons were released, signs were hung and black shirts were worn in her honor.

“The first day I went into cheer for the all-stars, she came up to me because she knew I didn’t know anybody and she made me feel welcomed,” Anderson said. “Ever since then we were close, I loved her so much. She was so sweet.”

Summers was around the age of 4 when she first joined River Cities Tumbling and Cheerleading in Hurricane. The owner there, Adam Stafford, said Summers decided to take a break for a few years but was finally back this past year to continue furthering her competition cheerleading career.

Kylee was with other family members Monday night. They were returning from a birthday celebration when they were in a car crash on Eaton Road.

Kylee was killed. Two of her older sisters were injured. One, a 14-year-old, remains hospitalized.

Sarah Rae Boehm, a fourteen-year-old female teen, was reported missing by her parents on July 14, 1994, to local law enforcement in Beaver County, Pennsylvania. Several months later, on November 4, 1994, Sarah's remains were discovered in the "Berlin Reservoir," located within an Ohio state park, Portage County, Ohio. This rural community in Ohio was located approximately two hours away from the victim's home in Pennsylvania.



Additionally, Kathryn Menendez, another female teen victim, went missing on August 25, 1994, and her nude body was found several days later on an oil road near the "Berlin Reservoir." Kathryn had been strangled to death. Both Sarah and Kathryn's bodies were located approximately 1/2 mile apart in the same Ohio state park. Seventeen-year-old Kathryn was from Portage County, Ohio.
