Patsy scored 8 on a 9 point scale or 4.5 on a 5 point scale, highly probable did not write. For all practical purposes and intents Patsy has been eliminated as the author of the RN based on handwriting alone.
what RDI claim is that Patsy cannot be eliminated therefore Patsy wrote the ransom note
there is no scientific basis for the claim that the handwriting of the ransom note is Patsy's. the scientific expert witness opinion is that Patsy has for all intents and purposes been eliminated.
if forumsforjustice and rdi were committed to justice they would accept that
1- no RDI has any qualifications in trace evidence criminalistics, forensic DNA analysis, and handwriting and linguistics and
2- the expert witness under Daubert who have examined the case and formed an opinion have said the crime scene evidence points to an intruder and the FDE have eliminated Patsy and John as the author, pointing to an intruder.

koldkase wrote:
Patsy Ramsey wrote the note. Period. No question. No reasonable argument. All anyone who is objective has to do is compare her exemplars with the ransom note, not to mention the repeated, innumerable writings, statements, and interviews with the Ramseys which repeat excessively the language in the ransom note.
