This is Sarah Zuber, 18 years old Feb. 1st and excited about starting Portland University this year. Daughter to very hard working parents and sister to twin younger sisters. Loved life, her family, her animals, her church and her Lord.
Sarah was taken from her family, sisters, animals, and church on March 13th 2019.  She went home to be with her Lord.
Sarah's life was taken very suddenly, the family is devastated and needs our help with burial expense and such.

Lee County EMS Director Bill Young said the teenage girl was taken to Fort Madison Community Hospital and later to the University of Iowa Hospital in Iowa City.

The sheriff’s office said McManus died later at the hospital. Weber said she lived in Fort Madison.

Public health authorities have identified the bacterium that caused the meningococcal blood infection that killed an 18-year-old Marianopolis student on Saturday.

Julia Cianci of St-Laurent reportedly felt so ill on Friday that she left early from her own 18th birthday party at a rented hall, believing she was suffering from symptoms of a cold, friends said. Her symptoms worsened significantly overnight and she died Saturday afternoon.

Mary Ann Miller, 62, was driving a 2006 Toyota on the 10000 block of Durrance Rd. near 7 a.m. when she hit Alana Tamplin, 12, according to the Florida Highway Patrol press release.

The Toyota was traveling south on Durrance Rd. while Tamplin was walking southbound ahead of the vehicle. The North Fort Myers girl was on the edge of the road, along with her friend, returning to her home after the pair dropped of the victim’s little sister.

There are no sidewalks along the rural stretch of road where the two children were walking. Normally, her dad walks his youngest daughter to the bus stop, but the two older girls did so Monday morning.

Suddenly, as the girls were walking home, the right front of the Toyota struck Tamplin, propelling her to the west where she landed in a sloped grass ditch, per the FHP press release.

While the North Fort Myers woman who drove the Toyota initially stopped, she soon fled the scene. However, Miller would return a short time later.

3 months after her Proton Radiation was complete, Karmyn went in for a scan and they found a new tumor about the size of a golf ball. They just recently did another surgery. Karmyn is doing good for so much she has had to go through. Karmyn is a strong, brave, sweet, little fighter. Kaitlin's dad Jason Clegg said: “She came to stay with me on Saturday, September 9, and I don’t remember her complaining about any illness or not feeling so good. She was just her usual self.

“Over the days that followed, she was in touch with me on Facebook and I had a conversation with her on September 12. She was complaining that she was always really, really tired

Toxicology tests showed a "very high concentration" of tramadol in Kaitlin's blood, which had caused her death.

Melanie Newbould, the paediatric pathologist who conducted the post-mortem examination, said: "In most cases of child deaths at Kaitlin's age we would look at sepsis and viral infections such as meningitis .

"However, there was no evidence of any of these. There were no signs of any underlying serious disease.

"Toxicology tests however produced a positive result. There was evidence of ibuprofen and paracetamol, but also a very high concentration of tramadol.

She had been suffering with mysterious aches and pains
