I argued there may be a Tracy-Neef Jonbenet link. here i will identify a possible suspect.

Ideally a link should be made via DNA or fingerprint. So no DNA or fingerprint was reported (except from hair, which may or may not be connected to the crime) a link here will be made via behavior.

The body was laid within view of nearby homes, eyes closed and arms folded across the chest, once again in the snow.[2]
Timothy King, 11, borrowed 30 cents from his older sister and left his home in Birmingham, skateboard in hand, to buy candy at a drugstore on nearby Maple Road on Wednesday, March 16, 1977, at about 8:30 pm. He left the store by the rear entrance, which opened to a parking lot shared with a supermarket, and vanished.[2] An intensive search was executed that covered the entire Detroit metropolitan area, and there was widespread media coverage, already heavy with coverage on the previous three slayings. In an emotional television appeal, Timothy's father, Barry King, begged the abductor to release his son unharmed. In a letter printed in the Detroit News, Marion King wrote that she hoped Timothy could come home soon so she could serve him his favorite meal, Kentucky Fried Chicken. she is same age, blonde white female child as 4 known victims.
as with the 4 others, and snatched without incident, from a public location. it remains unknown how he does this, but it is part of his MO. Extremely rare in US history for a child to be abducted by a stranger without anyone being alerted in a highly visible place in the middle of the day. Some examples include Adam Walsh.

Tracy Neef and Mark Stebbins both had rope marks on wrists. Both were fully clothed when abducted and when found dead. Both were strangled.

Although there were signs that Tracy was molested, the attacker did not remove her clothes or rape her,

it should be noted that no signs of rape was present in 2 female victims Kirstin Mihelich and Jill Robinson.

all 4 victims of OCCK were fully clothed when found in their original clothes, much like Tracy Neef. another behavior link.

Tracy was found lying sideways with her knees bent together and her hands lying palm down on her belly. Her school supplies were scattered around her body.

all 4 victims of the OCCK was also neatly laid out like Tracy.

so based on shared victimology, victim age, location, time of day, MO, circumstances, death location of body, how body was treated, there is enough to say there are behavioral links between Tracy Neef and OCCK to suggest same offender.

Earlier I argued Tracy Neef and Jonbenet may have same offender. and OCCK and Amy mihaljevic
