I happen to live close to a major Alzheimer's research center with MD physicians in neurology.

I emailed them if my mother can enroll in Eli Lily donanemab

their reply,

Thanks for reaching out. I left a voicemail earlier this week, I hope it made it to you. After speaking with the physicians with our center, they noted that they are unable to provide Donanemab (Eli Lilly unapproved medication) to patients with severe dementia even under an expanded access study. I’m sorry that this won’t be an option for your mother at our center.
